🔥 After getting a free room upgrade last time, I booked this Open Urban View Twin Room for my biz trip – total win! Floor-to-ceiling windows with epic city views made late-night emails feel fancy. 🍰 Afternoon Tea MVP: Fruit mountain: lychee, Asian pears, flat peaches, cherries, blackcurrants, strawberries – all super fresh! Shanghai-style palmiers (crispier than the bakery down the street!) Mini cakes that looked like museum pieces (tasted even better!)

Assigned Joy as the guest support and she was great and prompt in all the responses, accommodating to my requests. Staff are all very friendly and helpful as well. Went for the complimentary meditation session - very interesting. Don’t have robots to deliver food due to food safety, but can drop off at the lockers (suggest to tag the office building infront as riders find it hard to locate the building). For parcels, no issues in sending to the room. Room was great but just slight note - shower room door is not sealed totally at the sides, and shower head naturally slant towards the side of the wall, which is quite a design flaw.

The hotel is really outstanding and Cameron in particular at the front desk offered first class service. I would recommend to any casual or business travellers coming to Shanghai.

Hotel was rebranded from a Four Seasons and opened very recently. Loved this hotel the moment I stepped into the lobby and a level of calmness and peace. Service was top notch for a newly opened hotel Booked the deluxe suite at 73sqm and was very happy with the large space and design. Breakfast was small but high quality. Location was perfect as its walking distance to the flagship Starbucks Reserve and Zhang Yuan. Their rooftop bar is worth visiting and on a good day, you can see the 3 towers at the bund

Excellent service and meticulous attention to detail!!! Our “virtual butler” Joyce was responsive to our questions and requests at all hours. Truly appreciate Alila’s personalized service, creating an oasis in the center of Shanghai! We will be back 😄

The thoughtful service from Joyce and Linsey, I am a foreigner. When Linsey checked in, she was very thoughtful and told me which room was more suitable for my needs. Then Joyce was very professional and introduced me to the hotel and sent me to my room, an unparalleled experience! Thank you, ladies💕

Alila梵文中寓意是“驚喜”，這一間將水、樹、廊、園引入寸土寸金、繁華的上海，深處繁華鬧市且獨享一隅自然，給人帶來城中度假體驗。 彩色花磚、石庫門、黑框玻璃門、百葉窗、電視歡迎頁面的背景音樂這些顯性的設計元素和細節，讓我立馬就能感知到這是上海！ 為了遠離城市喧囂，轉進來的這段路被特意延長，首先感受到被綠意曲徑通幽，再轉折後，進入到一段具有氛圍感的時空隧道。 進入雙重自動門上到抵達層，電梯門打開後映入眼簾的即是豁然開朗的空中庭院，水中的樹是上海阿麗拉的經典標誌，是整家酒店最有亮點的一個設計。倒影、迴廊、水，而這在夜裡更有意境。辦入住區域很隱蔽，有一處下沉式休息區，坐卧此處可欣賞庭院的景色。 走過一道長廊途徑茶晏到達電梯廳，此次入住的一間開放式城景客房，面積66平，可以眺望遠處三件套。進入房間一處置物長條桌，放房卡，細節貼心。房間內各式上海特色書籍，另一側是書簽、玻璃罐內裝有上海特色大白兔奶糖。整個酒店、整個房間沒有一盞主燈，將各個雲石壁燈分佈在房間內壁，沙發側面，床頭邊，仿照的是我國古代燭枱燈籠的打燈方式。而在這燈光的應用上獲得好評，給人以温暖的氛圍，感覺與眾不同。minibar首輪免費。 淋浴間呈深黑色，浴室門上方中空，起到換氣作用，設計非常巧妙。浴室的磨砂玻璃門每一塊都是不同的，和地上老上海拼花磚無一不在娓娓道來上海的文化。衞浴是漢斯格雅和ToTo，淋浴噴頭下來的水並不是水滴，而是水霧！洗漱備品是阿麗拉自有品牌。房間內的絨棉拖鞋讓人很舒適。 夜床期間，客房姐姐貼心準備菊花茶、助眠噴霧、隔音耳塞、蒸汽眼罩，細節加分！ 早餐讓人驚喜的是，不同千篇一律的酒店餐廳，是中西日式套餐，結合自助。 總而言之，為了住而住，給我的更多是驚喜和舒適，而在最後我要感謝體驗大使Cameron，從入住前添加了微信，根據喜好根據要求提前準備，且準備了小禮物，入住後也會及時去詢問反饋，細緻入微！感謝～ 引用一句話吧“有人鍾情空故納萬境的侘寂美學，亦有人偏愛鮮活躍動的社交氛圍。交替品味方知各自妙處。”

特意來體驗城市裡的阿麗拉。坐擁繁華，大隱於市。酒店的空間美感、尺度體感、服務細節、藝術性都很高，新中有根，自然的味道在不經意間流露。房間很舒服，尤其夜間的助眠關懷，非常非常非常貼心。不論設計、服務、美學、美味、空間……僅睡眠的貼心周到，值得加分再來。
