Everything was great. Location, amenities, service. Very happy and satisfied. Nan Xing was delightful with us and gave us complementary water.

we had a great time at this hotel. initially one of the rooms had a weird smell but the issue was quickly rectified by the staff. the staff quickly changed to an upgraded room and offered us some fruit for the trouble. The staff was also very helpful in helping to receive the food deliveries that we've ordered as well as some taobao parcels. Rooms were cleaned daily and the smart features were appreciated. I've asked the staff to write their names on a post it so that I can specially thank them. Thank you to 纤月，空青，从墨，言初。

Had to change my room twice, first due to a strong cigarette smell emanating from the showers (cigarette buds stubbed in the drain) and another due to a strong urine smell. The staff were courteous throughout the stay and provided timely assistance. I was given an upgraded room on my second room change, which had no smells. The staff were very helpful and helped my group of friends with the parcels and provided updates on any food deliveries that reached the hotel. I would like to commend the two staff that have helped make my stay more pleasant. 以墨 言初 worked tirelessly to ensure that our rooms are clean and our parcels delivered.

Ruo xi and kong qing are so helpful. All the staff are so nice. Hotels very near from metro, it's so convienience to move around the city 🥰

The hotel is just right across the Metro's no.7 exit! The station is strategic as it is between Yu Yuan Garden, Nan Jing East Road and so on. 空青 and 若兮 were very helpful. We checked in at 8pm and we managed to get a free upgrade for our room. (Not sure how but it was a blessing. Thank you very much!) It was a pleasant surprise after a long flight and train ride. They were also kind enough to provide hand lotion for my dry hands. We will definitely recommend and come back to stay again.

Good service from staff (纤月, 空青, 以墨, 言初). There is a train station in front of the hotel.

Best ever hotel experience 💯💯💯💯 room is exactly same as photos posted by the hotel, family room is spacious which fits the needs of family of 4 of us. All the necessary facilities are available including free laundry service. We arrived at 6am and hotel was kind enough to clean the room asap to let us check in early to have a rest. At the end, we managed to check in at 9am. We were truly blessed with the kind arrangement. On the 3rd day, the laundry area was fully occupied which we were not able to get chance to wash our clothes, instead, 空晴offered laundry service and delivered to room for us when it was done. Again, we were truly blessed. The response of the staffs were real quick whenever we sent our request. Wonderful.trip. Everything was perfect and as advertised. The hotel reception was nice enough to even help to arrange delivery of my late taobao parcel to the next hotel.

We stayed 4 nights and enjoyed the room. It was very comfortable and spacious, good shower water pressure. Free laundry 24hrs on 5th floor was my favourite 😍. Breakfast was basic with limited choices. Coffee - not good, brought my own 3in1. 😉 Overall, highly recommended as the metro station is just opposite the hotel, easy accessibility. Front reception was very courteous, smiley, friendly and helpful. Nancy Xing and Ruo Xi, thank you once again ❤️

Excellent modern and tech hotel. Room was spacious with lovely 2 cup of tea daily. Unfortunately, while we stay there was some refurbished downstairs just below my room. I was transferred to a better room which I was so pleased.

The hotel location is fantastic and conveniently just a minutes away from Laoximen station. Everyone are patient and helpful especially 南星 and 言初 who helped us check in and open all the taobao deliveries, many thanks to them! The room is clean and tidy, thanks to aunty cleaner.For check out also smoothly, thanks to 纤月and 若兮. Hopefully the hotel can maintain their good services and cleanliness in the future. Will stay here again if travel to SHA again.
