Really enjoy my stay here, this is the 2nd time i stay in the hotel and they try best for my early check-in request on the arrival day. Jerry is very supportive and know how to take care of me during my stay. Would definitely comeback here soon.

We spent New Year’s Eve here, and had a wonderful experience at the hotel! Though we had a last minute room change request (from twin beds to one) the hotel was very accommodating and upgraded us. The staff members were all (with Jerry in particular) very helpful and friendly. Jerry, for instance, would provide us with daily suggestions on which sites to visit to make the most of our stay in the city. The breakfast buffet is also very varied, rooms are spacious, and the location is very convenient!

We had an extremely comfortable stay at the Sofitel. The hotel is new, clean and modern, with spacious rooms and very comfortable beds. We slept well every night. Most importantly, service has been fantastic. We were checked in by Fiona at the front desk who gave us her Wechat where we could communicate our needs throughout our stay. She would check in once a day to see how we were and if we needed anything from housekeeping. Not only that, she also helped us call for reservations as we did not have a China phone number. It was almost like having a private concierge which is a service many hotels do not provide. Finally, she helped us arrange a late check-out that gave us ample time to relax before heading to the airport to catch our flight. The staff were also eager to help with luggage, taking it all the way up to our room when checking in and lifting it into our taxi when leaving. The hotel was great and I would highly recommend this hotel just for the service alone. Thank you for the relaxing stay and incredible service Fiona and Sofitel team. (I forgot to take more photos 😅😅 but I meant every word)

12 Wonderful Days at Sofitel North The Bund" We had an amazing 12-day stay at this hotel. As a new property, everything felt modern and spotless. The service we received was truly exceptional. Jerry, the frontliner, always greeted us warmly every day, creating a welcoming atmosphere. Similarly, Chen Sili from the room service team was always friendly and attentive to our needs. They made us feel right at home, which made our stay even more enjoyable. We highly recommend this hotel and will definitely come back as soon as possible. The hotel facilities are clean, and the staff are very friendly. Although there was an issue during check-in, the front desk team resolved it promptly. While the location is a bit far from tourist attractions and there are few restaurants nearby, getting a taxi was hassle-free. The clean and quiet environment makes it recommendable. Thanks to Jerry for his kind assistance, as well as Nick and Fiona at the front desk for their swift and courteous service.

I think Sofitel is always the first choice ! Because I chose the services and team here!! Cissy always provides timely responses when I need them, and solves my problems for me as soon as I have any feedback. The ladies and brothers are very concerned about my stay experience, such as Vera, Lockie, etc. I feel cared for and valued, and my feelings and timely response make me have to believe and choose!

My recent stay at the newly renovated Sofitel Shanghai North Bund was absolutely fantastic. I was fortunate to receive a free upgrade to a Luxury Room, which was incredibly spacious and beautifully decorated. I especially loved the chic and premium touches like the brass Kohler faucets and accessories in the bathroom. The view from my window overlooking the city was simply breathtaking. The breakfast buffet was a highlight, with a vast array of options to satisfy every taste. From freshly baked pastries and made-to-order omelettes to a delicious congee station and an abundance of fresh fruit, there was something for everyone. Although the hotel is located on the North Bund, I found it incredibly convenient to get around. We relied on Didi to explore the city and found it to be a very affordable and efficient option. A trip to Yu Garden took just 15 minutes, and we were able to reach other key attractions with ease. The service at the Sofitel was impeccable. The staff were incredibly attentive and accommodating throughout our stay. Overall, I found the Sofitel Shanghai North Bund to be excellent value for money. The combination of luxurious accommodations, a fantastic breakfast, and outstanding service made our stay truly memorable. I will definitely be back!"

First time coming to Shanghai and this hotel gave me a superb experience! The checking in process was delayed as the room was still cleaning, hence they led me to the lounge for some snacks and drinks! Great experience by a five star hotel :) Rooms were clean room service is very responsive!

Jerry the hotel manager has been very hospitable and meticulous. He got to know we were leaving shanghai late and took the extra mile to arrange an extended late check out for us. Recommended great places for us to visit and ensure he was contactable at all times. Never felt so home when we were in a foreign land. Sofitel North Bund is definitely my favorite hotel and will come back again.

This hotel is quiet and has an elegant atmosphere. I always enjoy staying here.
