Only good words about this hotel! It was definitely an end to end experience and it was the first hotel where we stayed and people were speaking a good english! All the best and keep up the good work! VERY VERY CLEAN!

Enjoyed our stay here. Facilities are immaculate, room was also v clean and new. Rosa and Jerry were fantastic, very responsive and happy to help whenever we had any questions. Would totally stay again. Thank you Jerry and Rosa!

The hotel is stylish and clean. The overall service is great, the customer service team and housekeeping have provided great assistance all through my stay, especially CS Elwyn who has made my trip a more pleasant one. For sure I would like to stay here again.

The hotel is absolutely amazing. Very new,stylish-you want to take a photo on every corner. Super friendly staff on the frontdesk-gave us an upgrade. We stayed in big nice room with a great city view. If I am in Shanghai I will definitely stay here again.

They truly went above and beyond for the guests. Their warmth and attentiveness made us feel right at home. Whether they were helping us with recommendations for local spots or ensuring we had everything we needed, they were always there with a smile. It’s rare to find such caring hotel staff, and they really made our experience memorable. Thank you again to Elwyn and Jerry! We can’t wait to return to Sofitel.

It was a wonderful experience to stay at Sofitel Hotel! It’s super clean and has a nice night view. Easy to commute to the financial center or the Bund area by bus or taxi! Sydney at the front desk was very friendly and helped us check in. Feel welcomed at my first stop of China Trip!

The ambience of the hotel is pretty chic, and our room was very clean, spacious and well decorated. We had some view of the bund as well! Special shout out to concierge staff Jerry, who made us feel very welcome upon check in and through the stay, and he even gave us tips for good food 😋 recommended for a cosy and luxurious stay!
