I love the design of this hotel. The design is out of ordinary hotel design. The reception and concierge are very attentive and polite. Excellent service. I bought many taobao and got it delivered to the concierge they collected on behalf and got it send to my room. Perfect! Location is strategically located at Zhong Shan Garden. Bell boy will assist you on your luggage once arrived at their doorstep. I’ll be back if I have a chance to visit SH again.

I often choose Hyatt Centric Zhongshan Park when I'm traveling to Shanghai for business due to its unique and convenient position (5 minutes walking distance from Subway N.2 and close to Yuyuan road with plenty of restaurants and bars). My room was as usual clean and impeccable. If you stay there, you must not miss the breakfast at the second floor which is really tasty and superb! I would like also to praise Lilian, one of the front desk staff since I'm really impressed for her willing to help attitude and kindness.

Very clean and new rooms. Location is great! Near metro station. Service was splendid, Shawn from Front Office is super nice and helpful 👍🏻 Highly recommend.

Hotel is well located near Zhongshan park metro. Renovated last year so it’s considered as brand new. Everywhere is very clean. Staff is polite. Highly recommended and will stay again!

I had an exceptional stay at the Hyatt Centric Shanghai. From the moment I arrived, the staff were warm, professional, and attentive. The room was modern, spacious, and impeccably clean, with stunning views of the city skyline. The design strikes a perfect balance between contemporary elegance and comfort. The location is incredibly convenient, close to key attractions, restaurants, and shops. I would definitely return and highly recommend it to others.

Good location right next to subway and near numerous restaurants. Room is modern and quiet. I would prefer softer mattress but thats just me.

The room is sizable, modern, clean, functional, and comfortable. The Nespresso machine is a nice touch. The safe is convenient. The sofa is great looking and comfortable. We can see some familiar elements in the deco as the Grand Hyatt in Hong Kong Wan Zai we stayed at just few days ago. The consistency contributes to the Hyatt brand around world. The service is superb. The hotel employees were all polite and professional. Check in was smooth. Delivery of items was quick. We asked for early check in and late check out and both were granted without fuss. The hotel is conveniently located near Zhongshan Park at the intersection of Yuyuan Road and Dingxi Road. There are plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. And the iconic Jingan Temple and Wukang Road within walking distance. We were glad to have picked this Hyatt Centric hotel. We would not hesitate to return in the future and to recommend it to others.

Booked this by mistake (wanted to book caption by Hyatt) but it was a pleasant mistake. Overall feels like a decent business hotel- clean and polite service staffs. But it is a little bit pricey as I could get a bigger room + breakfast with the same prices at Caption which is literally next door.
