Efter at være landet på flyet, samledes vi hjemme hos en klassekammerat, som vi ikke havde mødt i lang tid før klokken 11 om aftenen, inden vi tjekkede ind. Da jeg åbnede døren, udbrød jeg virkelig, det kan ses, at ejeren er betænksom! Hvert sted er nøje gennemtænkt. Jeg rejste hele vejen fra de tre nordøstlige provinser og boede i 5 lejligheder på 8 dage. Det er 1 stop væk fra Bund Metro Station og kan nås direkte med Hongqiao Metro!

Den geografiske placering er fremragende, tæt på Yishan Road metrostation, og der er mange indkøbsbutikker i nærheden. Receptionisten var meget flink og opgraderede værelset. Uden for vinduet er der en fodboldbane, en basketballbane, en tennisbane og en badmintonbane. Der var mærkbar støj indtil sent om aftenen.

Customer service is helpful as willing to come down knocking the door to wake my kid up. However, the water heater is ABSOLUTELY LOUSY!! The tank is too small, only can cater for 1pax to shower and wash hair, while the room capacity i booked is for 4pax!!! Can u imagine the water heater temperature is 26°, while the weather is about 10°C?!!!! Also, I found there's the cockroach leg on the bedsheet near the pillow!!!

The staff was able to speak English well and very helpful too! The apartment looks just like an ordinary apartment in china. Each room doesn't have a thick blanket, but they have air conditioner that makes the room quite warm.

What a great apartment! The view and location was perfect. The gentleman at the reception on the 8th floor is always willing to assist and very friendly. He spoke English so it made everything easier. Thank you for a great stay!

The room we had was fine, a bit dirty when we arrived but the staff was very efficient and kind. We could text at 2am and they will respond. Very responsive to our problems usually we had to ask them to clean the room every morning before going out. Aside from that, it was great and the location is good, very close to the bund and other places and there is also a metro station close by.

Good views, good location. Rooms and facilities are extremely dirty!! Toilet and shower very disgusting with mold and hairs from other customers!

Location is great and very friendly service. The room we actually booked reeked of black mould and after contact on wechat we were transferred to a different room. It was cleaner, although not fully clean. The floors were dirty and there were used slippers in the bathroom. If it were cleaner I would stay again.

The apartment is located right in the七浦area which is Shanghai's wholesale fashion zone with many malls selling clothes, shoes and bags at low prices. Think Platinum Mall in BKK but even better! There are 2 metro lines within short walking distance and just a stop away from the famous Nanjing East Rd. The loft we stayed in for 4 nights was on level 25 and offered a great view of the Oriental Pearl Tower from the balcony. Lots of eateries downstairs and Luckin Coffee just across the road from the apartment made it super easy to get our morning coffee every day.

We check in early around 12.30. The host allow us as our unit available. The host also very friendly and knowledgeable show as and recommend us place of interest and direction. As our flight is midnight he allow us to checkout late too. Thank you again. I will give 5 star to this host. Show Less @

If you are particular about cleanliness then this is not suitable. The first room they offered me is full of dust and the toilet is disgusting. I have then went to request to check out as we are unable to stay at that condition. Then they change me to another room which is more decent but the toilet door were spoiled and on the second day of our stay we saw worms crawling around the toilet. I will not come back to this apartment again! This is the first time I wrote such a bad review but I think is important for anyone that have hygiene concerns.

Very friendly and polite staff. Good location, quiet walkable to the most interesting sightseeings. But! it’s not easy to find the building, you have to walk around with your luggage trying to find it and there is no signs or anything that could lead to the place. Some spots in the room needs more cleaning, like bathroom was terribly dirty, the floor in the room was also covered with some hair and dust, and the last thing is noise that was coming from the nearby construction works.

Room was not fully cleaned up before we checked in, fridge for example was dirty inside. Toilet couldn't flush smoothly on the arrival. I thought it is just slow so didn't raise alarm on checkin. Next morning I realize couldn't use it and waited an hour or so for maintenance to come and unclog it. I did not throw anything in toilet, papers and such. Just building piping is horrible. And after unclogging, they did not clean the toilet, left it dirty like that so I had to clean it up to use it. Room was for 3 ppl, however we only had 2 large towels. Beds were hard, which I understand is local taste, but sheets were clean. What you see in room pictures online is nothing like what it is in real life. Far cry from it. I don't write reviews at all, but this had to be shared. There are many better options in Shanghai in Jingan district, some closer to the city center than this one and in better areas for about same price. This is not worth the money even if it was discounted. Management itself was ok, pleasant to talk to, reception was fine. But the room was not.

The room was nice and clean no cigarette smell suit for 4 people max. The staffs useful and friendly. There are washing machine, hairdryer, shower cream, shampoo, toothbrush, toilet paper, paper cup, hanger, refrigerator, small kitchen with 2beds. Near metro station(Tiantong station) be able to walk within 5mins. There are lawson, groceries, foods, bubble tea near apartment. You can leave the luggage before you check-in and after you check-out. There is no daily cleaning service here but you can ask the staff for toilet paper or trash bag. You can check-in at building4 room no.806.
