We checked in early and received a free upgrade. The king bed is really big sufficient for 2 adults and 1 kid while the room also comes with a lounge and a sofa which can easily accomodate another kid. The room has everything you need, even gym mat. Absolutely loved it. The conceige and reception are all very helpful. Only thing missing is a swimming pool and be mindful it requires some walk from the metro station. But the walk is quite easy underground.

Location is mt priority everything within walking distance between be it metro or shopping.

Love the ambience. Location is very close to TaiKooLi mall. 40mins to Pudong Airport. 20 mins to town.

Got a free upgrade by Cheryl who was very friendly and professional. Appreciate it. However, there were a few hiccups. A random guest opened my door despite it being locked on 7 Dec. Quite unacceptable for a branded hotel like this. Cleaning auntie also threw away my facial towel during turndown service.

Nice in service and cleaning, will book again

Hotel stay was comfortable. After a day of facing the crowds at Nanjing road, coming back to peace and quiet is the best way to end the day. Service was alright, breakfast selections are a little disappointing, no point purchasing room with breakfast. Not a dealbreaker but I feel the hotel should have the robot deliver the food delivery to our rooms instead of us heading down to collect it. I stayed in so many hotels in china, and was amazed by the robots delivering our food to our rooms, this is the 1st hotel that didn’t have that service.

Excellent hotel with great service and staff! Location was slightly out of the main tourist area but that turned out to be a good thing. The room was spacious and the amenities were great.

The hotel has a great location, very convenient for getting around and close to major attractions. The public areas are nicely designed and well-maintained. Breakfast is average, with limited variety and standard taste. Overall, the rooms and service are just okay — nothing particularly impressive, but acceptable for travelers with modest expectations.

Stayed a night at Artyzen New Bund 31 and were pleasantly surprised by their excellent services in managing my stay and airport transfers. Will definitely consider staying again!

Very clean and nice. Definitely will book again but the location is not really good too far from station

Thankyou for the free upgrade room from the hotel! This hotel is so modern and clean, we love the design. The room is so comfortable and big. Breakfast not much choices but all in good quality condition. Very nice!

Second time staying in this hotel - stay was brilliant

Just next to Taikooli so it was very convenient to find restaurants around. Very modern room. Clean. Nice buffet breakfast with western and chinese style food.
