Its at the heart of Shanghai CBD. The staff cant speak English well but they have a translator which made everything smoothly.

We are very happy with our stay in this hotel. It is very clean and the staff are very friendly, courteous and helpful. The hotel comes with common laundry area with washing machine and dryer - a very useful features and the staff will help to put them in dryer if you indicated that drying is required after washing. Will certainly book this hotel again in my next visit to Shanghai. 洗衣服务很好，强烈推荐大家入住。

I stayed 4 nights with my son. Receptionist was very helpful and cleaners did their great job. Clean and professional!

honestly it’s a really decent and nice hotel for its price point. my room is also cleaner than most of the hotels i’ve been. it also wasn’t too small considering it’s a business hotel! only complain was the few steps before getting to the lobby, i think there is someone to help in the day, but i landed at night and had to carry everything myself

I didn't imagine this hotel would be so good. It's such a nice place, conveniently located in the middle of everything—food, shopping, and transportation. The room was excellent, and the service was great.

Very good location and easy to go around everywhere. Just the step that in front of the door not very friendly but there is always someone there to help you carry up upur luggage even in a cold weather

- The location is quite good since it is located within walking distance from the metro station. However, there is approx. 5-step stair in front of the hotel which forced you to carry your heavy bag. - The staffs are nice but they, at least those I met, cannot speak English at all. They used a translation gadget but took some time to communicate. However, they are all helpful and are eager to help. - The room is quite nice but the a/c is controlled by the centre, so, I sometimes felt uncomfortable while waking up during the night. Also, I smell the smoking especially in the restroom which made me feel dizzy. There are no toothbrush and toiletries in the room but the staff will give you while checking in or you can ask them. - There are big convenient store near the hotel which made it a plus.
