I loved my stay here! The location is perfect – only 100m to the Metro and a scenic bike path along the river leads right to the Shanghai CBD. The place feels like a well-equipped studio apartment, complete with kitchenette (stove, fridge), aircon, balcony, smart TV, sofa, kettle, queen bed, laundry, and bathroom. The landlady was incredibly kind and attentive. It offers great value: close to attractions but more affordable than the CBD (15 mins to CBD by bike/walk, 1 hour to airport, 2 hours to ancient towns). Very comfortable and highly recommended – I'd definitely return!

It had 1 of the best views of shanghai u can have from the room and the locations was super convinient in terms of subway and taxi. Has all the amenities like washing machine, big tv, small kitchen, clean toilet

With Shanghai the bund view, our room has alots facilities with washing machine, clean and clear. close to subway. Easy to get everywhere.

Very good stay! The host was very helpful and easy to communicate with despite us not speaking much English. She was very kind and went out of her way to help us with a delivery that didn't arrive in time by the end of our stay. The location was convenient and the room was clean and had a great view.

Location wise 30min didi ride away from city center Many Cockroaches in the room and the housekeeper say will send us insect spray but didnt, since its our last day already so we didnt ask again. Also say that “oh because its very humid, raining, hence alot of cockroaches” bedsheet wise i feel itch after sleeping on it for 3nights. Room quite small for 4pax, 2 double bed. Overall dont recommend this hotel at all, this is just an airbnb which is listed as hotel on trip.com. Amenities wise, washing machine, sink, soap. Basic necessities are provided for. The toilet also has a pee smell everytime we go in, no matter how we spray our air refreshener.

Recommended this place. The owner and maid are great. Hospitality, service minded, helpful. Owner ready to help you with anything. Mr. Maid is nice and honest. This makes me love chinese. They fulfill my trip. The location is good. Only a few minutes to the subway. Nice river view. Good restaurant and minimart nearby. The room is great, large, and comfortable.

不喜歡酒店窗户小不透氣，就訂了公寓，看過點評定的實物和照片一摸一樣，屋內衞生狀況不錯的， 落地窗江景怡人，很滿意的一次住宿， 夏天房間有洗衣機對於出短差懶人太好了！

空間比酒店大很大，被子是棉的舒適親膚，電視是可以移動辦公打遊戲都方便，有問題聯繫管家都會及時解決，老闆負責用心經營推薦大家入住

這個房間雖然衹是一室，但所有需要的功能都囊括了，對我來説是短期租非常好的選擇，有冰箱，有洗烘一體的洗衣機，還有電磁爐，可以滿足我的做飯需求房間，還帶了一個電視，投屏很方便，整體裝修看起來也比較新。樓下走路5分鐘就是地鐵站，而且還是江景房，白天陽光很充足，住起來很舒服。最重要的是民宿主理人特別好，會很熱情地接待然後介紹房間，遇到什麼問題也會來及時處理！

住房體驗太哇塞了，房東小姐姐服務態度超級好， 樓下就是黃浦江，夜景太美出片，可以加床收費50元，房間和圖片一樣乾淨整潔
