A prime location hotel just outside the metro station. Thanks for upgrading our room, the bed is too comfort enough that not feel to walk out from the room, hotel with all kind of needs the guest required with just ordered from the Xiao Du smart system tablet available in the room. All cleaner and staff are friendly enough to help everyone, restaurant with reasonable price is only nearby with walking distance, highly recommended, will definitely come back for sure 👍🏻

Beds are comfortable. But space is smaller as most space is used up at the entrance foyer of the room. Luggage can’t be opened wide in the room. Smart room makes the stay more interesting.

The crew name 金花 who is the manager there is very helpful and always give recommendation for good food and places and how to go. The breakfast is good too.

1. Front desk staff not really friendly. But cleaner very friendly and always ready to help due to our toilet got some leaking. 2. Restaurants and bus station nearby. Train station just next to the hotel! 3. Room and bed got some humid smell. But room cleanliness approved and very spacious. Xiao Du and AI toilet bowl best 👍 Our room comes with microwave, refrigerator and washing machine with dryer, very much convenient! Room soundproof is good, but please be noted that there is a construction work in progress at the daytime. Thank you for the free snacks! 4. Parcels can be collected on behalf by hotel. 5. There is a robot always ready to send Mei Tuan or parcel (can call front desk to request) to your room. Overall, it's okay as the location and public transport is super convenient for us! 😃

Very nice hotel clean and friendly

Firstly, during check-in the staff was unfriendly. We entered with luggages but they were chatting among themselves. When i approach the counter to check-in. She just replied “now no room”. So i tell her that i would like to deposit my luggage first. So she allowed me to.. when we return in the noon to check-in. The male staff- Liu (name from the colleague) just did the check-in and throw the toiletries on the desk for me along with the card without saying anything. So i have to confirm its done. Then he asked me (being pregnant) to see which is my luggage and ownself take. FYI they have flight of stairs to go up in order to reach the lift to go to the room. While on the other hand, my husband is with a stroller where my child is sleeping in. Can’t believe this is the service of a 4-star hotel. Even housekeeping service, do not clear or trash and replenish toilet paper. They cleared away the floor mat on one of the day and did not replenish too. Currently there is no air conditioner working. We have to leave the window open and people are smoking along the roadside where the whole room smell of cigarette which is really unpleasant that we woke up from it. If you are coming, please take not.. they having some reno within the building where they starts knocking from 8plus so means you wont be able to sleep in. The only good thing is you can wash and dry your clothes. Please reconsider if you want to chose this hotel.

excellent service from staff.. big rooms and amenities quite ok. many types of room t choose. room with washing machine come handy if you travel longer

Spacious room, clean enough however there was a bug in our room, the staff did help us catch it so it was fine. Staff can’t speak English but are very willing to help and are very accommodating. Super friendly janitors who are very sweet and complimented us. We had a great experience with the service. Convenient location right next to train station and is close to the bund.

Great location of a hotel - they don’t know English as well as other hotels but still managed t get around. Looked like it was an apartment condo but nicely done.

We were staying 6nights. Staffs are helpful. And very polite. Beds are comfortable. AI in the room very useful. Would return back to here again.

Near to city center with metro entrance right beside the hotel. Room is clean and made up everyday. Food is readily available from 7 Eleven to McDonald’s within walking distance. Do check out the noodle shop for breakfast or supper.

The hotel has just been renovated. Customer service is good and the staffs are nice and helpful to help me to book taxi. The location is not so central but not so far away from the Bund, taxi cost is around 15 yuan. They have free cleaning machine at the room and at the 6th floor. I need to dry my clothes and iron it so I use machine in the 6th floor. Daily time, it is noisy because they do the construction of the other rooms.
