Fantastic stay - great location, very new and updated rooms and the service was very responsive. I was also pleasantly surprised to know they have a partnership with a gym nearby. Would love local recommendations from them too on places to eat and chill.

The service and attention to details from the staff was amazing especially Vicky and Lily. They were very helpful and always happy to help. Could not praise the impeccable service anymore, I mentioned that it was my other half’s birthday and they helped arranged for a room upgrade and decorations which was heart warming (and a birthday t-shirt!!!). Highly recommend this to future friends and family. Thanks again!

I recently stayed at the Opartment Hotel in Shanghai, and it exceeded all my expectations. The location is convenient, with easy access to the city’s major attractions, restaurants, and shopping areas. just 5-10 min walks The rooms are modern, spacious, and impeccably clean, with thoughtful touches that make the stay comfortable—everything from a well-equipped kitchenette to luxurious bedding. The panoramic city views from the room were simply breathtaking! What truly sets this hotel apart is the exceptional service. The staff ( Vicky, 高阿姐） were friendly, and always willing to go the extra mile to assist with any requests I can’t wait to return on my next trip to Shanghai!

The best stay ever! Feels so special to stay at well renovated 100+ years old building. All staffs were very friendly (especially Johnny!). We had a lot of inquiries, but they were always happy to help promptly. The classic yet modern interior design and the view from the balcony made whole experience to another level. I would like to visit again next time ❤️

Beautiful hotel at a perfect location. Service was amazing and staff were very nice and helpful. Very easy communication via WeChat. Coffee delivered to your room upon request. Toiletries were Byredo. There is a washing machine which is a really nice surprise. There is a stove and oven (I wish it was a microwave instead though!). Some issues with the bidet but they came quickly to repair it once I informed them on Wechat. I enjoyed my stay so much that I extended it. Will definitely stay here again next time I'm in Shanghai!

This was a great stay in the middle of Shanghai with great location. Atmosphere was great especially during Christmas season. Rooftop lounge was popular and free coffee was a plus. Lily who hosted our stay was very welcoming.

Had a really good time at the hotel. The front desk staff (Vicky & Lily) were friendly and always ready to help when needed. Room is clean when we checked in & housekeeping did a great job tidying the rooms every day. Not forgetting the other staff that assisted us with the food delivery & parcels. Will highly recommend people to stay here when they visit Shanghai!

The best hotel experience I ever had! I had my dog with me for 3 nights, the rooms are super clean and extremely beautiful! All the Staff all very friendly, especially all the front desk staff - Vicky, Lily, they are super helpful and nice. Always have a smile and asking what they can help. They had prepared a birthday gift for my dog to celebrate! Very sweet and lucky to have such an amazing operation team in this hotel! Opartment is the only hotel that allow dogs that are over 40 kg. The vibe is perfect and I will definitely come back! Thank you Opartment for the awesome experience and thank you for taking good care of my dog!

Next time I come to Shanghai I’ll definitely stay in this hotel again. The staffs Vicky and Jonny helped me a lot, they speak and understand English very well. The room was so clean and the housekeepers are really good at their job! I definitely recommend everyone to stay here!

Vicky and Jonny are friendly and attentive. Always respond promptly on our requests. Room was super comfy and cozy. Loving every details of this hotel. Only one con is outside of the hotel if you take metro you have to pass by a very huge crowd of people that gathering there everyday l. Other than this everything is perfect especially the room

First time staying at Shanghai’s boutique hotel. I loved its art deco style. Opartment was amazing (location, room condition, staff, price, etc). The rooftop bar/lounge is also nice. A must try! It was convenient to communicate with hotel staff via weixin. Thank Vicky for helping me during my stay. Definitely recommend this place!
