The Hotel staff was very nice they ask me to upgrade our room and the room was so big for 4 of us and I like the style of the room they have kitchen zone and the fridge was so big its felt like home more than the hotel and this place are located in the middle of the city you can walk to the metro like 10 mins and also walk to nanjing rd. and the bund too. If i have a chance to go back to shanghai I’ll book this hotel again for sure

I enjoy chines food, I love to shpping chines bag, shoes ,watch but unfortunately all shpping malls are closed because chines new year..my bad luck..my best place in shanghai it's Nanjing road and yu garden..

The room was a bit small, but it was well optimized and pretty clean. Even with the langage barrier, the staff was friendly and helpful. The only inconvenience was the shower time limite for hot water.

I had a really fun trip in Shanghai, the receptionist was very enthusiastic in advising me on all information about food as well as showing me how to book a taxi. The hotel's location is very convenient for moving to the most important attractions. The room quality is good compared to the price range. Thanks a lot.

Location is superb, near people's square metro station and Halal food. Room wise if you got room on 6th floor prepare to climb stairs from level 5 to level 6. Image is the view from my room 607

The location was perfect. However the room was a bit dirty (at least the beds were very clean). Also the beds were super stiff because they have a wooden foil in the upper prt of the mattress

Hotel pessimo. Camera minuscola e piena di cose inutili (c'è il fornello ma non c'è nessun tipo di pentola o stoviglie, lavatrice inutilizzabile perché sporca). Pulizia PESSIMA, probabilmente non raggiunge gli standard minimi di igiene: muffa nera in bagno, ragnatele e abbiamo trovato anche una blatta. La camera non viene nemmeno rifatta. Schifo assoluto, da evitare.

Kamar hotel sangat kecil, tapi kamu akan mendapatkan semuanya. Mesin cuci, kulkas, toiletnya juga ada shower bidet. Kekurangannya hanya ranjangnya keras. Lokasi sangat strategis. Disekitar hotel banyak yang jualan makanan dan minuman sampe subuh, kamu tidak akan kelaparan. Satu gedung dengan hotelnya ada restoran xiao long bao terkenal . Jia jia tang bao

太垃圾了 因為就兩天出差 地角很好 所以就定了 275一天 其實我寬容度很高的畢竟地角好 而且也不貴。牆起皮發黴有味道我忍了 衞生間不乾淨我忍了 隔音特別特別差外面還有機器聲我忍了 不給礦泉水我忍了 床特別硬我忍了 我最接受不了的是 我住兩天第一天用了浴巾第二天沒給收拾衞生 也沒給換浴巾我也能忍 但是我去前台要他竟然説 打掃衞生提前説 給不了浴巾…… 牛的 我的第一個差評給你了

房間乾淨整潔，床品舒適，讓人一夜好眠， 房間佈置温馨，燈光柔和，營造出家的感覺。 衞生間乾淨無異味，洗漱用品齊全，很方便，熱水很充足，洗澡很舒服，洗去一天的疲憊，空調效果很好，冬暖夏涼，居住舒適。

我們入住第一間房間時，己發現很好地方清潔不是很好，雖然是新裝修，但因保養不是很好。 在沖涼時發現不去水，馬上通知前抬職員，靚仔很好，馬上幫忙處理，可惜他能力有限處理不到，都很有禮貌地跟我們say sorry, 因太晚他處理不到，他答應會明天換一間最好的房間給我們。他態度很好，我們雖然有點不高興，但因他的態度很好，我們就接收他的提意。 到了早上我們收拾好行李準備換房間，因要換房間，今天早上行程都不安排去得很遠的地方，只可以要附近走走看看就算。 到了中午職員靚仔 wechat 我們可以回來換房間，他真的給我們換了一間比較大面積的房間，但也發現很好地方清潔不是很好，也是新裝修，但因保養不是很好。不過沖涼可以去水就算吧。 酒店層員靚仔服務態度很好和有禮貌是價得表揚。 希望酒店清潔可以提升，不然職員很好，都沒有用。
