We stayed two nights to go to Disney and the Wild Animal Park. The shuttle bus was available for both places, so it was very convenient using the bus. Also the room was very clean and kids-friendly, so my kids didn’t want to leave the hotel, especially after using the playground at the first floor. We booked two different rooms because one type of rooms has only one night left, but the lady at the front desk let us use the same Panda room for two nights, considering our inconvenience changing rooms. We enjoyed staying in this hotel and appreciate the kind service.

The location is a little deep but is good for relax as far from shanghai city. Travel distance to city bout 1hr. Hotel breakfast is good, surrounding also hv few restauran so need no to travel far for lunch /dinner. Hotel prepare transfer to chuansha metro, Shanghai Disney, Shanghai wildlife animal park and Pudong airport by reservation.

Housekeeping not upto the mark. No in room dining, no laundry. Front desk staff do not pickup the call at once.

Whilst the hotel is good for airport access which is why most people were there, there is nothing to do if you need to stay more than a few hours just to sleep. The restaurant is only for breakfast. No coffee service. During the day. The hotel seems to be in 2 parts with the reception area up the side and not in the front.  Surprising it is only a few years old it looked run down. There is a very old and worn pool table with no chalk to use on the cue sticks making it difficult to play. The gym is very small.

The place is spacious and clean and totally recommend this to people visiting Shanghai Disneyland.

Happy with the stay with Novotel. The front desk service is good and the breakfast is good too. Hoitel provides shuttle bus to Disneyland as well. Will come back again. Highly recommended

You can stay in this hotel if you want to enjoy water drops right on your head while sitting on the closet. Or you need to finish your stuff within a minute before another one comes.

to begin with, this is not within the Accor club. Second, it is torn down. The location could seem to be convenient to the airport or the Disneyland, but there are more convenient locations you can choose. Will not pay a visit to this hotel again.

I had a really pleasant experience in staying in Suning Novotel. Here are a few highlights I would like to mention: 1. Excellent customer service from the receptionist. She was so helpful for my early check in & wifi connections and very attentive with every little details. 2. Breakfast - Fantastic wide range of food choices are available. Foods are delicious and very fresh. 3. Convenient location to Pudong airport and very good value for money. I would definitely recommend it to everyone who wants to takes a short stay-over near Pudong airport.

Came here to visit nearby factory, however this hotel put in a lots of effort to attract families to stay in as this hotel near to the Disneyland. However, front desk staff lacks of training in the polite way to greet the guests. This is an international chain hotel not the local chain hotel. Staff shall really look into the way how they talk. Breakfast is variety of choices!

相比起香港酒店房間，這間蘇寧諾富特酒店可謂相當寬敞。擺了兩張單人床，仍有充裕的走動空間可開行李也有工作桌子。就是房間的保養做得不夠好，牆身有剝落痕跡，還看到兩隻小蜘蛛。前台的職員雖然沒有少用，但也叫咗盡責幫忙預約了日check out早上5:55的免費送機服務。最後竟然只有我一位乘客，那位很有善的男司機用了私家車載我一個人往機場,只需20分鐘左右。房間雖然要四百多港元，但考慮到的士費昂貴，我入住由機場往酒店的一程滴滴花了超過100港元，這樣計還算划算。

好像還沒吐槽過酒店，忍不住吐槽下。酒店位置尚佳，工作人員也很熱情，去迪士尼也方便，公區環境也行，早餐放心吃、價格適中。1、客房是老酒店翻牌的？還是大床改造的？您見過開關插座在頭頂的？咋睡覺？沒辦法我又凌晨挪床，也沒辦法完全避開，後來在床尾睡得，半夜把充電器、手機都給碰到地上了。2、床頭藝術燈，美觀可以，毫無實用性，忽略開關插座位置，靠着床頭就會碰到燈。3、吐槽下mini吧，燒水沒有插座，冰吧在窗户那裡，冰吧的插座距離半米。我想問問雅高當面咋驗收的，每年巡檢沒抽到麼。

第二次帶兩個孩子來迪士尼，第一次選擇住在園區外，位置就在高速旁，很方便，酒店集羣，酒店很大，當晚到前台看我一人帶兩娃很給我升級了家庭房，很是貼心，房間挺寬敞，温度也合適，我家怕熱的小老二夜裡也沒踢被子，早餐也挺豐盛，每天有迪士尼的班車接送，方便，會推薦朋友入住。
