Transit in Shanghai for 17hrs - good location as its close to airport, points for free shuttle pickup and drop off. The shuttle didn’t have the english name of the hotel so it was difficult/almost impossible to find the bus- had to ask every single bus that came cause I don’t read Chinese. Most of the workers don’t speak English. The room however was clean and spacious. It was an ok experience.

I loved the hotel. I was once locked out of the room, the nice lady at the reception came and unlocked the door for me. The hotel was clean and quite. Highly recommended.

Good location, near the airport. Laundry service. The dryer doesn't dry well so, if you need to do laundry, make sure you have some time for your clothes to get dry. Nice people. And we'd like to say our special thank you to miss Li. Young lady that helped us a lot and provided us with the best service. Thank you for your help and for coffee early in the morning, that's what we did need that day before our long flight.

Overall the room it's pretty good , pretty wide and cleanliness ,but the room full of the smell of cigarrettes.

Overall, my wife and I enjoyed the stay. The room decoration is probably old and the lights were dim. Everything else was good. We appreciate the staffs friendliness and helpfulness. There were many restaurants and eateries within walking distances.

This hotel has nice large rooms and offer airport pickup. Impressive

價格合理，房間也大。照片看着亮，實際燈光昏暗，房間設施地毯太老舊了，床單下面有很多頭髮沒打掃乾淨，有點味道。一個人有點害怕睡不着，走廊黑暗有點可怕。早餐還可以。

房間很大，採光也好，就是地毯不好看，停車也方便的，酒店地下也有個充電樁，這邊打車也快，交通很便利，有迪士尼和機場免費接送，到浦東機場15分鐘，肯本不擔心會誤機。

離機場近，有機場專車接送，含早餐，不過早餐也沒什麼吃的，幸好附近有比較多吃點，其他就真一般般了，設施也比較舊，衞生也一般

在機場鎮喝喜酒，就近選了木蘭府邸酒店作為臨時休息場所。該店環境整潔衞生電梯直達。前台服務熱情周到。

房間很大，打掃的很乾凈， 服務：服務很好 有問題會幫你解決，開車要提前跟他説 會幫你預留車位，免費的 衞生：打掃很乾凈，基本上沒有什麼大的問題 設施：有餐廳，早餐種類很多

前台接待的小哥哥小姐姐服務特別到位，也很有求必應，也有班車服務，出行特別方便，早餐也可以，種類還算多，推薦推薦

人生住過最差的酒店沒有之一 寫好評的人良心真的不會痛？ 1.接機 用一個巨破臭的中巴，司機接到本人後在浦東機場硬生生轉了30分鐘，實在忍不了跟司機説放我下來我不去了行嗎，司機充耳不聞，一定要一趟把破中巴塞滿人，半夜1點才到酒店。 2.貨不對板 根本不是一家酒店。名字都對不上哈。 3.精神崩潰加上太困了，想委屈睡下 ，推門一看陰森恐怖，床好像沒有床墊似的巨硬，上手一摸懸着的心終於死了，異常潮濕沒換床單 用熨斗熨過一遍無疑。 4.根本不敢脱衣服洗澡，像八十年代經常出現問題的港片酒店，一直看搞笑視頻硬生生待了6小時落荒而逃。 5.送機，我9:30的飛機被告知早上衹有6點8點兩次送機，好好好👍我自己打車行了吧。 6.在飛機上終於還是起尋麻疹了，笑鼠。 7.我會持續在各大平台投訴，誰住誰倒黴
