"I had a fantastic experience at this hotel! The reception staff were incredibly helpful and welcoming. I especially want to highlight the outstanding service provided by. They was always ready to assist us with a smile and made our check-in process seamless. Her attention to detail and willingness to go the extra mile truly made our stay special. The hotel staff are very friendly and helpful. They even upgraded the room for me when they knew that I was travelling with my 7 yrs old son. The room was neat and tidy. It even has a small gym and a laundry area. Very near to the metro station too. Near the shopping district too

Very friendly staff, specially the ladies at the reception (give me every time a bottle of water, when I speak to them). The hotel is located next to a metro station. The room is spacious and clean. Free drinks and snacks in the room. Also free laundry service available (self service). The room isn’t very well sound proof. There were earplugs in the room available :) For foreigners not speaking Chinese can be challenge (staff doesn’t speak English well). Overall had a good stay and could have a late check out (2pm).

Great things: The water pressure of the shower was really good. Room was quiet, tv was a smart tv where you could connect your phone for your own entertainment. There was a robot which would deliver my food deliveries. Amenities were always refreshed. There was a washing machine which you could use for free. Entrance of the metro station is like 1 minute away. You get an 'electricity' card so that there will always be electricity on in your room. So when you come back to your room from a hot day. you will get in a cool room. Not so nice things: English capabilities from the staff. (i had a local friend which helps me translate thus i didn't have problem, but can imagine other foreigners can have difficulties checking in) The view of the room was to another building, thus very dark.

Everything is good except there is no AC which the room is very hot and can sleep at night.

No windows and very loud construction. Hard to sleep when there are loud banging sounds... Also they did not try to accommodate me with anything due to these issues.

Decent stay this time. Stay away from the elevator and it is quiet enough. Subway is less than a 2 minute walk.
