Excellent hotel, small room but very quiet and comfortable. they have a Japanese toilet which I loved. Staff is extremely helpful and the location is very good.

Such a pleasure to stay in this comfy and clean hotel. It is quite close to the MRT station and is accessible to many other attractions. The surrounding is quiet and beautiful with lots of eateries around. Will stay again in my next visit.

I had a generally good stay at Mia Hotel. Good service and staff. If you have chance to stay and your sleep is very light don’t get a room close to the elevator – the aisle is very narrow and you can hear easily people chatting when they get in and off. The place overall is a nice, the neighbour is great and you can’t find probably such a place like this one in the area.

Very nice boutique hotel with a cafe downstairs. Good breakfast and nice ambiance. Convenient to walk around.

This place was very clean and the staff were friendly. I would say it's good if you just need a place to sleep. The public area is nice for reading and having a coffee.

The hotel worth the price but not in the best location still need some taxi to transfer from nearest station to the hotel

Enjoyed my stay here very much. The location is very nice and about 20 minutes walk from South Sha'anxi Road metro station. Very bustling area with lots of interesting shops and large malls nearby. Room was a bit small but had everything I needed and was clean with a comfortable shower and bathroom. Staff was very nice and helpful, and could also speak some English. Overall enjoyed my stay and worth the price, and I'd stay here again next time! Thanks!!

Best price/quality hotel at that area. Metro is a bit far from this place, but all good place 15 min walk only nearby. Very clean and cosy hotal. Like it.

Okay. The location is great. Although there are some grey stains on bed sheets, it was okay. However, the receptionists who were there when I checked out didn’t speak a word, not even yes or no, in English, and unfortunately, their translator app didn’t work either, which was very frustrating. Also, they told me the deposit would be refunded the same day, but they obviously didn’t refund it. I had to call the hotel the next day, and another guy at the front desk told me, “Oh, I will refund it now.” Well, if I didn’t call several times to get connected, I wouldn’t have been able to receive the deposit back. Maybe one of the worst hotel services I experienced in Shanghai.

This hotel is at a really convenient location. At the heart of the French Concession and yet very quiet. This is my second time staying here, and I think the room from last time was better laid out. The blind was broken, the shower door handle was broken, the floor tiles were creaking. I don’t think the staff speak English, so have a translator app ready.
