This hotel was excellent, Nice size bed with nice hot shower. It was a great place to rest before my flight. The staff were helpful. I was very happy with this luxury hotel.

The amenities and facilities shown as per room details are missing when you actually stay in that particular room you have chosen. Also on requesting to provide the missing facility for which you are charged the response from service provider is pathetic 'no response. I personally will not recommend this hotel for short stay as hotel service provider takes you for granted that you will adjust with the shortcomings of deficiency in service and will not complain.

The rooms were not clean, it was dusty all around on the floor, on the furnitures. The linen, towel were all poor quality, torn and stained. It is not even half the worth i paid for. Don’t have

Stay from 18-10-24 to 21-10-24 in executive room no. 303 room service very very unsatisfactory i dont want to stay in this hotel in future

Washroom was not properly cleaned, and as we were couple so i asked for extra towel but the didn't provide. Kettle and cups was also not cleaned properly and fan was sounding like that room was not used for long time since i have booked the hotel before approx 7-8 days with payment still they didn't ready the room. For food also we called many times then they provide us food. All i will say it was a bad experience.

Most horrible place i have ever lived at ! worst of the worst, don’t waste your money here, it’s such a disgusting place. Geyser doesn’t work / the workers don’t care about you and the things you ask
