receptionist just playing hp, when asking check-in time said not ready, but other guess go check-in said ok.

Now they charged parking rm1/ hr Good stay Except found used towel hanging at the back of toilet’s door

big space for solo to stay. its not hotel cannot asking much services. overall not bad for the stay. thank you.

Stayed here for a business trip, and it exceeded expectations. The rooms were clean, spacious, and equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. Bathroom cleanliness can be improved. Water outlet took longer time to drain water after shower.

This is not my first time staying here..it’s a large room with pantry and dining area..comfortable bed and convenient parking..the only inconvenience thing is the ironing area is at the dark area..hard to do some ironing in the dark area..maybe can improve on that

The hotel is not 4 star as it claim to be, you can experience it for yourself if don't mind going through the same experience as i did with my family. To give you an idea how bad the hotel is, there's no cargo elevator for the cleaner to transfer all the garbage from all the rooms or from their kitchen so they use the main elevator, so the aroma of the garbage or trash still lingers in the elevator when you use them.

No floor cloth (have to request) -hung outside our door without informing No utensils (have to request) -took 30 min to give us, food already turned cold No microwave or induction cooker -Mind you, this is a service apartment Very dusty Badly maintained when this hotel has so much potential, at least decorate the rooms nicely? Location is far from the main attractions Wall has weird stains, and sticker tags stuck on by previous guests I assume. (How come hotel service team never remove?) Tap water strength is very very weak No hand soap at basin No shampoo only body bath at the shower area (so make do with that instead) Bath drain is stuck with lots of hair and water having trouble draining off. When you’re bathing, water is up to near your ankles. Bed sheets are stained Pillow has hair Towels are stained and smells musky Since day 1, wifi down (but wifi is visible, just when connected, phone cannot load) Day 3 on awards big thunderstorm, tv signal down, all the way until the day we are about to check out. And checking google review, seems like wifi is always down? Room is spacious Photos are similar, assuming photos were when hotel was newer, if you go there now, it just looks old and dusty badly maintained. 2 senior counter staff very nice and professional The rest are literally inexperienced Honestly, I wouldn’t recommend this. If you’re here for business, there’s no wifi for you to even do work. If you’re here for a holiday, venue is not even near to attractions.

The hotel location is nearby food staffs and mall, convenient for travellers, will stay here again when i come here.
