First Trip.com didn't inform me that is a AB&B style accommodation. We also didn't receive any instructions on how to proceed on check-in or key collection. After calling the number given in the booking slip then only the service provider send us the check-in steps.
Upon check-in we noticed the pillow casing & bedsheets were dirty, covered with stains and probably not changed. Informed the service provider who insisted that they were changed and stains come from unremoval stains. We didn't pay for a service which we are not comfortable to sleep on.
After some exchanges the service provider even told us we can find some other hotel and he will refund us. Hello that was around 8pm and after much debacle he agreed to send his staff to change into a cleaned sheets and cover. I will advice everyone to avoid such incompetent business.
