JA Enchanted Waterfront Seychelles

Небольшой уютный отель. Подходит, чтобы провести там 1-2 ночи перед регатой, для более длительного отдыха уже не подойдет. Пляжа рядом нет. Персонал очень отзывчивый и приветливый. Отвечают на все возможные вопросы, помогают с вызовом такси. Завтрак вкусный, выбор по меню из нескольких вариантов.

Whilst the hotel itself is lovely, we were disappointed with the location. It’s directly above the flights coming in so that wakes you every morning around 6am. There is building work going on not far from the hotel which is also noisy. We didn’t use the pool as this wasn’t great and felt too small an area and exposed. On the positives the staff in the hotel were amazing, so friendly, helpful, polite and good fun. Our breakfast was outstanding every morning. The room immaculate, lovely comfortable bed and pillows. We hired a car as really didn’t like Eden village at all. Nothing local about it and we felt this development is ruining this beautiful island. Such a shame and really no need. So we went further afoot and drove both north & south, found excellent beaches and would recommend this as really not much to see in Eden village. I wish they wouldn’t build these monstrosities in such beautiful places. The down side of tourism :(

The staf was very kind and listened our needs. They made some suggestions, all very good, like food experience nearby. The breakfast is amazing!! The time spend on pool was perfect, we have the hotel and their facilities just for us for almost a day. It was wonderful.

We found this hotel, because we only had one night before leaving again. We were welcomed by some friendly staff. We really thought the hotel was bigger than this, but that is our own mistake. They didn't have a bar and no restaurant, but the neighbourhotel had. Got shown how to get to Eden Island to find a restaurant. The breakfast we had to order beforehand, so that they could get it from the neighbourhotel as well. We could choose two things on the menu. This wasnt the normal breakfastbuffet. When we came down to eat it also looked like we were the only one staying at the hotel. After we have visited a restaurant and came to the hotel again, we found out that the beds were not "fresh". We found hair, sand and marks in the sheets, and we send the photos on our rooms Whatsapp-chat. After a short while, the only employer in the hotel came and took the same photos as us. He quickly gave us a new room, so that was a big plus. Except the new bed was also not in clean condition, but at this point we didn't wanted to bother them anymore, as it was around midnight and a new room would probably be the same. This room was a much better/bigger room. Was wondering why we didnt get the room in the beginning... Well, we are glad that we didnt stay more nights here. It is an acceptable hotel, but nothing more than that. I believe that you can get better hotels in the area. Maybe look into the neighbourhotel; L'Escale Resort & Marina.

Wir haben den letzten Tag vor unserer Abreise im JA waterfront Hotel verbracht. Dafür war es in Ordnung. Die Lage ist gut. Sowohl zum Flughafen als auch nach Eden Island oder Victoria. Unser Flug ging erst abends und wir durften unsere Koffer im Hotel lassen und nochmal duschen. Generell waren alle Mitarbeiter extrem freundlich. Die Zimmer sind von der Größe ausreichend. Das Bad ist modern. Einige Punkte haben uns gestört. Das Internet war extrem schlecht. An der ein oder anderen Stelle mangelte es an Sauberkeit und Liebe zum Detail. Wir hatten zb mehrer Flecken im Kopfkissen und den Handtüchern außerdem war die Seife in den öffentlichen Toiletten leer. Der Pool war selbst sehr klein und ebenfalls nicht super sauber. Ein Strand ist zwar vorhanden aber nicht super sauber oder einladend. Hier kann man eigentlich nicht baden. Da das Wetter an unserem Tag nicht so super war konnten wir Victoria besuchen und fanden es nicht schlimm keinen Pool / Meer zu haben. Generell ist das Hotel noch im Bau. Auch neben an wird aktuell gebaut. Alles in allem also für eine Nacht ok. Aber das preis/leistungsverhältnis könnte besser sein. Wir würden vermutlich nicht wiederkommen.
