Bathroom was very dirty ,blanket was so thin

i booked a bed in a female dormitory. Everything is fine, except there is only one bathroom in the room for 10 girls. And it’s very noisy, car rushing by all night, horse hoofs clattering early in the morning. The roommates are all good mannered and nice.

Good service, good location, good common area I will miss here I will come back here soon

I recently stayed at Hub Hostel Seville and unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. Upon arrival, I checked in and everything seemed fine, but later in the day, I discovered that my reservation had been cancelled without any warning or explanation. Despite physically being at the property, I was marked as a "no-show" in their system. This was incredibly frustrating, as it left me with no place to stay. The worst part was the response I received when I contacted the hostel about the issue. Instead of offering an apology or solution, the staff's response was dismissive and unprofessional. They suggested I didn’t understand their policies, and their tone was rude and condescending. It seemed like the hostel's system was designed to avoid platform fees by marking guests as "no-shows," even when they were there. This felt like a deliberate attempt to manipulate the system and avoid responsibility. I was hoping for a more empathetic and professional response, but unfortunately, that wasn’t the case. I would not recommend this hostel, as my experience left me feeling misled and disrespected.

Sem dúvida a minha pior experiência num hostel. A recepção praticamente não existe. Não há área de convivência, apenas uma mesa desconfortável na mesma área da entrada. As camas são amontoados umas nas outras. O pé de uma pessoa fica quase na cabeça da outra. Mas o pior de tudo é que eles desligam o ar condicionado à noite, e como muita gente sabe, Sevilha é uma das cidades mais quentes da Europa. Passei a noite absolutamente em claro. Paguei muito caro para um hostel e tive a pior experiência. Se querem o mínimo de conforto, vão para outro hostel. A localização é até boa mas de resto nada se aproveita.

No había recepcionista y no me atendió nadie, perfectamente podía entrar cualquier persona a robar las dependencias del lugar, con los baño sucios y descuidados no entiendo cómo funciona este lugar, además de tener un olor característico. No se preocupen en llamar por teléfono, nadie contesta, quisimos cancelar la reserva y nadie nos contestó, para colmo, habíamos reservado con la tarjeta sin cobro y nos hicieron el cobro igual sin mi autorización, prácticamente me estafaron
