U-Sense for You Hostel Sevilla

The staff are very nice. My flight has been delayed, and I had a great chance to miss the check-in time. I contacted the trip.com cs team, and they did a great job on passing the message to the hotel. The senorita greeting me with a big smile even if it's literally midnight, energetic, and explaining in detail for my check-in. Nevertheless, on the date check out, the hotel also offers free luggage storing up to an hour, which is great! The location of the hotel is quite near the airport bus, since I just walked up a few minutes to get in the hotel. Very friendly for travelers from or to the airport. The main attractions are with a 20-minute walk from the hotel, use your legs and save some money from that. So on it also close to the bus station, so if you depart to the bus station, also convenient. One little problem is that the room I stayed in is a bit old, so some of the amenities are broken. Yet, it's little problem to fix. The rest are very nice. The hotel is equipped with a kitchen and refrigerator. It is also nice for a long-term stay. It is also with a washing and drying machine, the price is eur6 for laundry and eur4 for drying. The bulk bed is equipped with 2 pug ins, 2 usb port. Each one got 2 lockers to store things. I am very satisfied with this hotel. Will recommend to friends.

Wonderful stay! Very clean environment. Each room has its own bathroom. Unlike bunk beds, you don’t feel the movement of your bunk mate because of how sturdy the compartments are built. Bed has high headspace so doesn’t feel suffocating at all and has adequate lighting. Friendly staff. Highly recommend for its cost-performance ratio!

I was thoroughly disappointed with my stay at U Sense For you Sevilla. Despite glowing reviews, booking a 10-bed dorm turned out to be a mistake. The room, situated next to an indoor courtyard, lacked natural light and fresh air, creating a perpetually dark and stifling atmosphere. The available AC seemed futile in such a space. Attempting to change rooms proved pointless, and the lack of concern from the staff reflected poorly on their customer service. The hostel, seemingly showed part of a lazy commercial chain, displayed an apathetic attitude towards guest satisfaction. Maintenance issues, like a blocked toilet, were simply ignored, replaced with an out-of-order sign. This negligence extended to various areas of the hostel, further highlighting a lack of commitment to guest comfort. U Sense For you Sevilla fails as a social hostel, offering no activities for guests. The poorly equipped kitchen, with minimal pots, pans, and plates, added to the overall disappointment. In summary, I strongly advise staying clear of this establishment. Sevilla boasts better hostels that provide a more enjoyable and accommodating experience.

Comfy beds with spacious lockers. Curtains on every beds. Only issue was shower and toilet being in the bedroom slightly awkward at points but hey it’s a hostel after all. Another annoying thing the hostel plays music in corridors and communal spaces all the time and it’s super loud, can hear when trying to sleep. Nice kitchen facilities and helpful staff. Good location!

Great hotel/hostel in town center, good accommodation, bedroom was great but was lacking space to put suitcases. Ideal situation close to everything. And great service. Only negative was the shower that flooded the whole bathroom as no shower curtain or wall so it was a mess. We came with two children 6 and 9 years old, the bunk beds can't be used for kids younger as they are very very high.
