Hello Fam, this is my review of a recent stay at the Columbia, SC, Quality Inns & Suites. Their response, was pretty much, oh well, sorry you weren't pleased. Now, since the Google or the review site wouldn't allow the nasty looking pictures of the inside of the hotel room and its towels and comforter, I figured I must add them here, SMH. Oh yeah, and the front desk said that this was a recently renovated room, hmmmm, there were two things that looked recent and 90% of the room, NOT. The initial look seems to be clean, and the lack of lighting helped the farce. The bed was made nicely, but there was a cigarette burn hole in this non- smoking room bedroom. Towels were all dingy and stained. Even when we went to the front desk, they exchanged them with more dirty looking towels just slightly cleaner. They could not give two wash clothes person, so we didn't have to use the same cloth we used on body as we use on our face. Hair was in the bathroom on the floor. Even after I made a complaint about it, it still wasn't cleaned up the next day. The toilet was dirty outside and inside. I advised of this too, to no avail the next day. Stains on walls, ceilings, and a large gap under the room door, or which the LARGE Wolf Spider probably used to make its entrance. The window seals were filthy, and even though the front desk clerk said they would get a light bulb put, I'm the next day we still did not receive it. Also, the lack of any true concern by the male, the initial night, and the young lady the next two days made it seem that this is the way you all do business. I regret that after I was there in 2019, and it wasn't quite as bad as this past weekend, I tried again, and it was even worse to my dismay. If you want pictures, I have the too. I just wish the pictures could show better the nasty discoloration of the towels. WOW, and they will NOT allow the photographs that show THE DIRTY NASTINESS I have spoken of here, SMH. #QualityInnsSuites

One pillow could not get extra even though when I booked I paid for them shower curtain was all moldy tv barley worked speakers blown dirty sheets Wi-Fi was a joke have internet for about 5 min no vending rude staff tv remote was broken no coffee maker or tea in room like advertised went to office to get coffee was spoken to very rude this place is a waste I would rather sleep in my car
