Molto bene, le camere sono sufficientemente spaziose e pulite, il personale molto cortese e la posizione è davvero ottima. Cucina top a prezzi davvero ragionevoli!

Hotel vecchio e non ben manutenuto . Posizione decentrata, serve l’auto per arrivare agli impianti. Personale gentilissimo e buona cucina. Prezzo elevato per quanto è (mi aspettavo molto di meglio)

First ski trip, stayed for 1 week. Welcoming & friendly staff. Rooms small but clean. We all enjoyed our stay here but it’s noisy. Attention to the level of noise needs to be addressed, in particular the door at the bottom of the stairs to reception area. Every time this door is opened it slams shut. Our room was on the first floor and we could hear this door each time which disturbed our sleep. Not sure if the owner of the hotel has a dog but one afternoon we wanted to have a sleep but couldn’t because it kept barking. The same dog on the same evening well after 10pm was still barking. Rooms are small but clean. Fresh towels and hot shower. Comfortable bed. One wardrobe with two hangers , not much storage therefore we left some of our clothes in our cases. Breakfast was ok, continental style with some scrambled egg & bacon unfortunately it wasn’t kept warm. Hotel is situated in a quiet hamlet not much choice of restaurants or bars. You will have to get the bus into Sestriere for more choice. To get to Sestriere. you can order the infrequent bus at the cost of €1.70 per person per trip. Don’t forget to book your return trip or else you will have to pay a huge bill for a taxi. That’s if you can get one. You have to book your return trip for the bus before 8pm or that’s it! You could get stranded and have a very long walk back in the cold ( winter time) no paths or a taxi ( if you can get one, ( as mentioned earlier) On our first night we had our evening meal at the hotel for ease. Small menu, not much choice. I had the trout which was nice but some members of my group didn’t enjoy their dinner. Ski hire shop is around 5-10 walk away from the hotel. Lifts and ski lift ticket office. Ski hire shop staff very helpful and they allowed us to store our hired ski gear overnight which made it so much easier than lugging it back to the hotel each night to store it in the ski room. Hotel has a sauna & steam room with relaxing area. We didn’t visit this because it isn’t open during the daytime but only open from 4.30pm until 7pm ( This is Apres ski time) we didn’t have time to go in and have a relax. I was hoping it would be open to use if the weather was too bad to ski but it isn’t not open. Not ideal. Hotel furniture in the hotel lounge/ bar area is a bit tired ie the white chairs which are ready for replacing but other than that it’s ok. All in all had a nice time here but certain things could be better as mentioned above. I’m not sure I would return due to it’s location, I’d much prefer to be closer to Sestriere centre where things would have been much easier we would have been able to explore the area and use a spa that is open during the daytime. 💕We enjoyed the company of the lady waitress Alieche ( apologies for the spelling) she was very friendly, warm, bubbly and helpful. Great hotel, pleasant staff. Ski room for your stuff if you need it. Nice sauna. Good breakfast and dinner. Good location, 5 mins walk to chair lift and ski hire shop. Good value. Great resort for access to the Milky Way or Vialattea. Would return there. Lounge, bar and restaurant.

Basic but clean. With nice staff and ample breakfast. Wellness centre is relaxing and well thought out. Restaurant is a bit stark in the evening but the bar is cosy and comfy. Staff- Urda- work hard and are always friendly and welcoming. If skiing use the ski storage near the lifts to avoid the annoying walk with skis. Not much choice locally for restaurants or bars. A very quiet hamlet.

Bel posto, semplice ma c'è quel che serve. Personale cortese. Una bella sorpresa il ristorante! Menù contenuto ma molto buono e al giusto prezzo. Per andare in centro a Sestriere però c'è da prendere la macchina. Nel complesso mi son sentito trattato bene.

Mi spiace non poter scrivere una buona recensione, ma sinceramente cominciando dalle camere(eravamo in 3) era talmente piccola che non sapevamo come muoverci. Era una camera singola e ce l'hanno fatta pagare per tripla. Non parliamo poi della colazione veramente sguarnita. Mia figlia mangia uova opppure omelettte. Nemmeno l'ombra. Niente latte caldo. Poco di tutto. Non parliamo della sauna, praticamente inutilizzabile. Dalle 16 alle 18 da utilizzare per 1 solla ora e per non più di 2 o 3 persone. Consiglierei di apportare delle modifiche. Grazie

Inclassificabile! Per fortuna ho soggiornato solo 1 notte. Se avessi dormito sul pavimento sarebbe stato meglio. Le reti dei letti sono sfondate. Mi sono alzata con la schiena a pezzi. La tv in camera rotta, ma credo da tempo, perché poi ho letto altre recensioni e il problema persiste, quindi non hanno interesse a sistemare le camere e a dare buoni servizi ai clienti. Vi classificate da 3 stelle ma siete da 1 perché l’unica cosa accettabile è la colazione. Esperienza da non ripetere, sconsiglio questa struttura.

Abbiamo ricevuto un cofanetto di due notti e abbiamo pensato di prolungare il soggiorno,albergo un po' datato non vale il prezzo a luglio ci hanno fatto pagare 90 euro a notte sono troppe,pulito, personale gentile,abbiamo mangiato al ristorante la prima sera il risotto ai mirtilli salatissimo al limite del mangiabile e crudo,la seconda sera agnolotti anche quelli strasalati dalla terza sera siamo andati in altri ristoranti.andrebbe sicuramente rimodernato.

Questo hotel è completo di tutto e le camere sono molto pulite,il personale e molto gentile e accogliente e mi sono trovato benissimo. Sono sicuro che anche l'anno prossimo tornerò. In più il posto è molto carino e adatto per tutte le età.

Ho soggiornato in questo piccolo hotel a conduzione familiare in occasione di un evento aziendale a Sestriere. Purtroppo l'albergo non è stato all'altezza delle aspettative. La camera era minuscola, arredata con mobili in legno tipo ikea degli anni 70, come degli anni 70 erano gli impianti elettrici, il mobiletto specchiera in plastica con luce non funzionante, la ventola del bagno (cieco) funzionante solo a singhiozzo. Il televisore era uno sballo, un monitor 19 pollici con decoder digitale terrestre come non ne vedevo da anni, ricezione pessima. Il Wifi è presente ma non all'altezza, dovevo scaricare una presentazione aziendale e mi sono dovuto attrezzare con hotspot personale per non dover aspettare 24 ore circa.
