Horrible experience in this hotel, do not recommend visiting. It is far away from feeling like a 4 star hotel and our friends' trip was completely ruined by this stay. - We were group of 16 people from the first day we started feeling different symptoms of being sick. More than a half of our group suffered from vomiting, diarrhea, and fever most likely from the hotel food. Those who avoided eating it recovered quickly, while others' conditions worsened. Other guests experienced similar issues but the staff of the hotel kept changing their explanation why this is happening - first blaming the water supplier, then a “local virus,” and eventually denying any issue altogether. Most of us went to a doctor who did not agree that hotel have any relation to our well being and gave us different kinds of medicine not necessarily best for the condition. - Also, it was hard to communicate with staff as they barely spoke english. - Rooms condition was far far far away from being 4 stars. Our room kitchen had no cutlery or dishes, if we wanted to make some tea we needed to go to reception to get a kettle for extra 30eur deposit. After most of us got food poisoning we could not even make food in our room cause stovetop was broken. The air in the rooms was super dry adding extra discomfort for us. One room that our friends stayed in had broken lamp making strange noises so loudly that they could not even sleep. Other room of our friends found their snacks being bitten by rats. This is worst hotel experience that I ever had. Except from being close to lifts this hotel is very very bad.

We stayed at this hotel for a week with a group of friends, and unfortunately, it was one of the worst hotel experiences we've ever had. The only positive aspect was the location—it’s near the ski lift. Other than that, everything else was disappointing. First, the room was never cleaned properly. We had a kitchen in the room, but there were no dishes available unless you paid an extra 40 euros to unlock them from a cabinet. So essentially, the kitchen is there just for the view! If you're feeling crafty, though, you could always bring a screwdriver to access the dishes for free. 😅 To make things worse, it's 2025, and there is no Wi-Fi in the rooms! The mobile data barely worked, and every time we needed to check something online, we had to go out to the balcony. Very inconvenient. At first, the food seemed decent (we had breakfast and dinner included), but things quickly took a turn for the worse. Five out of six people in our group got food poisoning, and we even saw someone vomit during dinner on his table. The hotel didn’t seem to care, and we never received any compensation, as they claimed the food couldn’t have been the cause. We stopped eating at the hotel after that. To top it off, one of the guests found a mouse in their room. Absolutely disgusting! This terrible experience almost ruined our skiing trip. We couldn’t ski for two days due to food poisoning. We would never recommend this hotel to anyone. If you want a pleasant skiing trip, do yourself a favor and avoid this hotel!

The receptionist staff saved my life.One night I was unconscious because of my alcohol consumption, and my friends helped me to the reception at Villagio Olimpico. Mehdi Samcha, my savior, did everything he could to help me. He put me in recovery position and Called an ambulans and really made them help me. Without him, i don’t know if i would even sit here. He did a really good job and was one of the kindest persons I’ve met. He really made me and my friends who were there too, feel safe. I hope him all good! And thankyou for the help!

c’mon…. a lot of employees needs to be FIRED immediately, i’ve never been treated so badly by staff members. forget a relaxing time at the spa it’s not good at all, and forget a good workout in the gym, i almost fainted because the pool is right beside it, so the humidity is absolutely terrible. yesterday i went to spleep at 1am because of all the noise coming from the corridors, the walls seems to be made out of paper. the balcony was DIRTY but overall the room was pretty comfortable. i repeat staff members are not it, take action because i’m not the first person to say this and trust me i’ll NOT be coming back, they ruined my trip.

The only good thing about the hotel is the location. It's really very convenient, right next to the track. Especially when staying with children. Everything else is very disappointing. I have never stayed in a hotel (which they say is 4 star) where there is simply no shower curtain or glass wall and everything just runs into the room. And the bathroom door is built right into the shower. Some petrol station bathrooms look better. The exterior doors, the corridors just don't look like a hotel. The common areas look good. And the staff are friendly and helpful as far as they can go in this kind of situation.

The only good thing about the hotel is the size of the room and the staff. We stayed at the end of the hotel, which means that it seems like we have to walk 500 meters in icy corridors that meant wearing a snow coat to get to the reception or restaurant. The ski racks are right under the room but you have to walk the same distance along the street, very very complicated. Regarding the food, it is also very poor and with little choice. At breakfast, although it lasts until 9.30, before 8.30 there are already things missing that are not replaced. It will not be a hotel to repeat.
