В отеле хорошее питание. Близко к морю, но чтобы отдыхать на хорошем пляже нужно пройти в сторону пристани. В отеле очень шумно и днем и что самое ужасное ночью. Не помогают даже беруши.

Das Hotel liegt ca 1 km vom Bier König entfernt. Abendessen, war in Ordnung. Zum Frühstück hätte ich gern häufiger Spiegelei gehabt Unser Zimmer hatte eine angenehme Größe und war ordentlich und sauber

Das Hotel war für einen partyurlaub geplant. Dafür war es völlig ausreichend. Das Frühstück war in den bisherigen Hotels immer besser und auch länger verfügbar. Unsere Klimaanlage ging leider nicht. Im allgemeinen kann ich das Hotel für einen Partyurlaub trotzdem empfehlen. Es ist ca 20-25 Gehminuten vom Megapark entfernt.

Die Zimmer waren ziemlich sauber und auch das Personal war freundlich. Die Lage ist auch in Ordnung, man ist in etwa 15 Minuten an der Schinkenstraße.

El hotel en si está bastante bien, la habitación estaba limpia que es lo que más me preocupaba, el mobiliario no es ultra moderno pero está decente. El personal fue amable y servicial en todo momento. Lo único que no me gustó fue la ubicación porque tiene calles colindantes con un ambiente un poco raro por las noches, por lo demás todo genial. PD. Yo cambiaría esa bañera vieja que tienen en el baño y las almohadas también son bastante malas.

Gutes Hotel für einen Mallorcaurlaub am Ballermann, guter Service, 10-15 Minuten Fußweg zum Megapark.

Very good hotel located very close to the beach and local shops and restaurants. Good size rooms. Although at times was noisy as lots of young groups staying out till late, it did not affect our stay. Staff are very nice and friendly! Food is excellent - deserves 10 stars by itself! Worth the money! We definitely will be back!

The hotel itself was good, great location with very clean rooms. We hired beach towels at €3 and payed for a late room at € 40 staff were friendly too. The breakfast and evening meal were very good with plenty of choice. The real problem with the hotel were lots of loud drunk young people ( mostly German) so from 1-3 am it’s very loud with lots of door slamming and shouting. Pool area was a no go due to loud drunk people which was a shame.

Hotel in El Arenal. Well placed not far from the see and means of transport. Nice rooms, very good breakfast and dinner. Verr friendly staff. Unfortunately a lot of young germans extremely noisy, till late in the night, making it i possible to sleep, very impolite even at breakfast and dinner. No action take by the hotel staff. Linen not changed for 7 days. Big, black beattle found un the bathroom. Swimminng pool impossinble to use tie to the presence and attitude of young germans.

Contrary to the reviews, we found this hotel to be really good and had a lovely stay there. The place was very clean everywhere, the staff very friendly, the rooms clean, smart and well furnished with modern furniture and even had plenty of coat hangers. The air conditioning worked well too. The bathroom was a partial wet room and plenty of hot water. To our surprise we had maid service changing towels every day. The restaurant was buffet style for breakfast and evening meal. The food was plentiful, varied, fresh and lots of choice for all meals. The variety of both breakfast and evening meals changed daily. The hotel was a few minutes from the seafront being a couple of cross streets away. It was quiet as was the surrounding area. The pool area was fine and gave a pleasant area to have evening drinks prior to eating. All in all, a very impressive hotel for a three star rated one and yes, we would definitely stay there again. Our only comment is that it would be nice if guests dressed up for at least dinner but you cannot win them all.

Great accommodation close to the sea with very nice services in the hotel, especially waiter Juan. We were there for two weeks and Juan made our trip in Mallorca more pleasant and fun. I recommend this hotel for everyone who wants to have a good time with family or friends. Hotel services will take good care or you especially waiter Juan;)
