Undergoing major renovation with no heads up. Room provided was unclean, bath fixtures falling off, and in amongst a renovation section. Charged 14 euros from front desk for an adaptor because they couldn’t be bothered getting me one that’s included as part of their amenities. Evening staff much more rude than day staff

Our stay was excellent!!! Love the 2 bedroom apartment with view of the lake. Disneyland was awesome! The hotel shuttle will drop and pick up at south bus terminal near 5 guys burger. The staffs at the front desk were very accommodating. Can’t wait to be back.

Room is clean and tidy. Has refrigerator and cutlery. The only down side is that there’s a connecting door between this room and the room next to mine, and even though the door is locked, the kid in the next room keeps trying to open the door at 7am, which really disturbs my sleep🥲

The building is not well maintained, the lights in the hallway are dark, the wallpaper is torn, and there is a pungent smell in the hallway and room. I don't know what it is. The room is also quite dark, the apart hotel use all in one soap and shampoo, the hair dryer often turns off when used.

Really not great hotel. Very dirty. I would not recommend this place. Only good thing was that it’s near Disneyland and outlet.

pros: bus station just in front of this aparthotel, free shuttle bus to disneyland but i didnt take it, near to La Vallee Village and Val D europe mall, easy to find eatery place cons: worn and outdated at walkway after exit the elevators, peeling and dirty carpet.... the room cleanliness is lack, the washroom especially shower floor so dirty like long time no clean, feel itchiness got bug bed in the bed.

There is a shuttle bus ! It was so comportable :) and clean and cozy.

Don’t be deceived by the cheap price. Apart from it’s good location which is 10 minutes away from Val D Euro mall and La Vallee Outlet, the service at the conceirge is terrible. The white lady with straight hair at the conceirge has terrible attitude problem. Hair dryer switches off every 5 seconds, what kind of stupid fire precaution is this? Asked for a normal hair dryer and was told a 20euro deposit is required. Hot water at the shower has limits as well. Water turns cold after 10 minutes. What is the point of having a bath tub then when you cannot even enjoy a proper bath. Do not stay in this hotel during cold season, the air conditional does not have heater mode which is absolutely ridiculous. Breakfast is 19euro per pax which only has croissant, tea/coffee and egg. You’re better off getting a proper breakfast elsewhere!

Close to Disneyland Paris. Room is clean and good to have kitchen.

stayed here twice now while travelling to Paris and Disneyland - great hotel just what you require after a day of sightseeing and walking around Disney

Second time staying here for a Disney trip! Cannot fault the location, it’s the closest off site hotel and only a 15 minute walk to Disney, it does have a free shuttle service as well but this can be cramped but available if you would prefer it. The rooms are clean, beds are nothing amazing but for a place to just sleep it’s great. It’s a serviced apartment so it is self catering type hotel, you will have to provide your own tea/coffee etc.. there is a little shop in the reception if you need the odd thing. As I said, the place is great for a Disney trip!
