The animators are very nice and friendly, they lead the games well and create a positive atmosphere. In the evening activities they could try a bit more to involve guests, but overall the impression is good. I especially want to thank Sara, Mevlut and Engincan. Wishing them success in their future work.

Second time at Gural Belek. 1. Once again, we enjoyed the fairly compact but green territory—olive trees, grapevines. Lovely. 2. Thank you for the cleanliness, Aizada—always on time, every day. Water, towels, coziness. 3. **Animation:** The shows have gotten weaker compared to last year. 4. **Kids' animation:** A huge thanks to Victor and Koray! They engage so well with the kids, inviting them to games and activities, and they remember the children. Super! 5. **Food:** Varied, everything fresh, consistently good kids' menu, great selection. 6. **Bars:** Thank you, great cocktails—good quality original spirits. But the local wines are really bad. For the second year in a row, I’ve been asking—is it really impossible to bring in at least some budget-friendly New World wines (Chile, South Africa)? I ended up ordering Spanish wines for an extra charge at dinner. A slightly unpleasant situation with check-in. We requested a first-floor room in advance, but the only one available was in a very inconvenient location—near the parking lot and the kitchen entrance. The next day, we were offered a room in a building with a steep uphill walk, so we declined. We rarely used the balcony, but it’s a shame. Compared to last year, the overall comfort felt lower. Early check in - thanks! Still, thank you for the vacation overall.

We stayed at this hotel for 11 days in September. The weather was very warm. We were kindly suprised that in the main children aquqpark adults are available to slide together with their children (it's a big plus, because we have been to hotels in which adults to slide in children aquapark was forbidden and it was very sad there). It was a family vacation with our childrens who are 3 and 5 years old, and if you ask them that they like the most is Happyland kids club. It has huge variety of activities for children, as well as a lot of different shows at day time and evening time as well. Every wednesday and sunday there is a huge festival for kids in football area. Also girls who works in Happyland was very friendly, especially Ayjarkin, whom our kids like to play with the most. The food was great. A plenty of different food, fruits and drinks. We stayed at Pool Vila, the room was very huge and comfortable. We do reccomend this hotel, its clean, a lot of greenery around, and despite the fact that every evening there were an aduls show we hear nothing in our room was very calm. We stayed at Gural Premier Belek.

Beautiful begining but at home after 5 days my child have disease hand leg mouth very bad thing and i think he contact with water from pool...bad experience...i hope that the water must change most frequently and nobody happend this...good days

Great experience overall: - design/architecture: +++++ large family room size compared to other in same category: spatious 2 bedroom-2bath appartment; pleasant architecture, multiple buildings built as a small village, beautiful landscaping resembling exotic forest, lots of shade when walking around the resort; aquapark very well separated from rest of resort, still very easoly accessible, but adults / families without kids were not overcrowded or bothered by them; all interest areas easily accessible, not large distances. - food: +++++ Large menu variety, good options available also during lunch if you did not choose the main restaurant. Brand drinks in glass bottles, Magnum icecream at any time. - entertainment/amenities: +++++ For kids - of course the huge aquapark as entertainment, minigolf, bungee jumping, festivals, well equipped kids club, arcade games, board games room. For adults - Very good and lively evening entertainment area, built as a city center with shopping venue, terraces and bars, apart from the evening main show, outdoor after-party, after hours club option. Small tip: in main restaurant look for the air conditioned rooms also in the back, as terrace is not ventilated (this would also be an improvement suggestion). - personnel / cleanliness: +++++ Very pleasant and accommodating staff, cleaning crew always very dilligent and not disturbing family hours (finishing tasks during morning hours when we were not in the room); only minus with some staff was sometimes the language barrier, as not all were speaking Eng. Definitely coming back, next time we'll choose a ground floor suite with pool, as those looked lovely.
