There is interior work going on in night at 6 to 12 pm sounds loud of hammer feel uneasy
Second gyezar is not working properly when I call reception one House keeping staff tells it will work after sometime but finally not working and
when we check out time I ordered two cup tea it was very less suger tell reception to bring suger but it was too much delay response
overall very worst experience not wish visit there once again

The room was not furnished, wash room mat missing, side of door was damaged and cup board making bad sound. Though food was ok but in room services cab be further improved.

We , Three adults stayed in the Super Deluxe room, the room was spacious and clean . They provided us Extra Cot , at night, which was comfortable. The location is very convenient, it's just on the National Highway. The food was good and Tasty. Complimentary buffet breakfast was also good and tasty. There was a variety of items in the breakfast. The staffs were polite and helpful. The Resort is spread in a vast area. Adequate parking space. Overall experience was good.

Very good place to enjoy with family. In hotel, various events are organised that you don't need to go anywhere. More preferable that city hotels.

The rooms was not worth it. There is no slippers available in room also no bathrobes in there the hygiene of room is a big issue there. The electricity was also not regular the power cut is happening repetitively. The rooms are not worth of price taken by property.

It was a very disappointing experience. Right from the attitude of front desk/reception to cleanliness of the room, the condition of mattresses, poorly maintained closets, bathroom fitting, leaking flush, missing chairs. And lot more. The requests are repeated number of times to get answered. The room allotted has no similarity to what was shown . The operation of the lift(1970 model( is something to be decided. Most of the time, the lift will be held up in one of the floors, because someone has left the door open. We got good exercise climbing uo and down the stairs. In some major portion of the property, maintenence/refurbishing was going in with lot of noise and dust. Only positive thing about the property is the excellent food served in the resturant. This is one of the worst experiences i had so far and i will be doing an injustice if i recommend this property to others. The rates charged are very high when you look at what facilities are provided.

Geeat property, the checkin process was very smooth and on time.
The rooms were clean and tidy.
The pool was clean and available through the day and the food and drinks were good aswell .
