5 star hotel price, 4 star interior and exterior decor, 3 star furniture and hardware, 2 star hotel food, 1 star hotel service, they don’t know anything about their hotel, answer to nothing, slow in everything and they even charge their guests for parking BY THE HOUR. Unless you really need to stay near the airport, please stay away from this overcharging hotel that provide with extremely poor services.

This hotel is directly opposite Kuala Lumper International Airport Terminal 2. (low cost facility). if you are coming form KLIA Terminal 1, you can take the train (5 mins). The cost of less than 50 US cents. The train service frequency is about 15 minutes, even late a night. While the rooms are small they have most requirements for a short stay. However, there is no phone in the room, so wake up call is not possible. However, the reception did offer to bag on my door at an agreed time. There is air conditioning and fan which is nice. You can even open your window. The hotel while the opposite the airport, is surrounded by a number of trees which is very popular with bird life. It is really interesting to hear large bird sounds, being so close to the airport. Very good value for money at KL Airport and no expensive taxi journey. Would definitely stay here again.
