I had an amazing stay at Courtyard by Marriott Seoul Times Square! The location is unbeatable, right in the heart of Times Square with easy access to shopping, dining, and transportation. The room was clean, modern, and incredibly comfortable. The bed was perfect after a long day of exploring Seoul, and the city view from the window added a special touch to the experience. The service was outstanding. Staff were friendly, attentive, and always ready to assist with a smile. I especially appreciated the seamless check-in and check-out process.

Love the stay! The suite was fantastic after the renovation. Huge, clean and it has everything you require to make your stay enjoyable. Location was good as well. The front desk staff were nothing but extremely helpful in numerous encounters. One of the best group of staff that I have ever encountered before.

Very convenient location which is connected to a big shopping mall, and easy access to railway station. Room and bed size are both good especially for family with 2 younger kids. The facility is a bit old and services are barely 4 star with the sustainability initiatives, guests are required to bring own toothbrushes. The overall response from hotel are delayed and straight-forward without any expectation of going beyond.
