I stayed at the hotel for 4 nights, and it wasn't the best experience. When I arrived, they charged me an unexpected 60,000 KRW "holiday charge," which wasn't mentioned during booking. The staff, especially an older lady ("Ajumma"), was unhelpful and aggressive, which made it hard to communicate, especially since she didn't speak English. Using a translation app didn't help much. The location is the best thing about this hotel—between Sinchon (near Hongdae Station) and Ehwa University Station. To avoid a steep slope, it's best to use Exit 1 or 2 from Ehwa University Station. The room was okay in size but had no natural light, as the window couldn't be opened. Safety was a concern because the emergency exit was often blocked with cleaning supplies. Check-in starts at 10 PM, and check-out is at 1 PM, which is convenient. However, because of the unexpected charges, poor communication, and safety issues, I wouldn't stay here again. If you don't mind these drawbacks, the location might work for you, but I recommend being prepared for some surprises.
