clean quiet good location hotel staff is high quality toilet has automatic facilities shower water hot because office is around the hotel,so too many food to choose,and is so quiet every night hotel location is the middle between 明洞 and 景福宫 仁寺洞 100% highly recommended

This hotel was incredible clean, modern and quiet. We had check in at 1 am and it was so fast. Stuff is so kind and always help us with everything. I asked them to call a taxi to the airport and also asked for umbrella sometimes. They can speak english as well as korean. Room is very clean and stuff did the cleaning everyday. The hotel located in very nice area, about 5 min to Insadong and 10-15 min to palaces (Chanddeok and Gyunbbok). We went by subway just 3-4 times, because everything is close and we didn’t need any transport. But you can go by bus as well, there is a bus station close to the hotel. We worried so much because it was our firs time in Korea, but everything was amazing in this hostel: safety, location, stuff, cleaning, room.

Being in front of the Jogesa temple the location is great. Hotel is clean and beds are quite comfortable. The window can be half open wide do onr does not feel suffocated, plus it is not sqeezed between adjacent buildings. The smell of the deturgent used for linen is a bit strong by my taste but one can vent it by opening the window.

Hotel is full so we moved from triple room to a slightly smaller room. Amenities are great, satisfied with everything. WOWPASS kiosk at the lobby is convenient for guests too. Hotel is located right behind insadong street.

the hotel is new and very clean - housekeeping was excellent - everything replenished in timely manner but best of all is the staff who were so accommodating, friendly and helpful. the housekeeping staff were also very polite and pleasant at all times. will definitely recommend the hotel. location wise is also excellent.

The Prima Jongno hotel located at the city center. Walking distance to surrounding famous places. Food store and supermarket also nearby. Good place to stay for visit Seoul.

Parts of the bedsheet were not very clean, good location, short walking time to metro stations and airport bus stops. The staff gave us early check-ins which was convenient for us

I loved the location of the hotel - it is very close to Jonggak and Anguk stations and from Jonggak station, it is just 2 stops away from Seoul central station. From the hotel, you can also easily walk to Gyeongbokgung Palace and even Bukchon Hanok Village. The hotel recently underwent a complete renovation so all the rooms are new and clean (so it is probably the best time to stay here). Like what the other commenters have pointed out, there is a lingering smell of paint but it was very faint and did not bother me at all. There are facilities such as a small (but sufficient) gym, laundry area and business room/area with a vending machine at L2 and an adjoining restaurant at L1. Front desk is professional and polite as well. Housekeeping was excellent and kept my room very clean everyday (if you requested for it). At this price point, I would say that it is very worth it. I would definitely stay here again when I visit Seoul next time!
