Great location! Just behind Myeongdong Station and near to all great stores and restaurants. Best place to stay for less hassle transfers.

Conveniently located, cleanliness is decent, basic amenities is provided for.

Checking window is too late. Check out time is too early. Hope can improve.

Hotel was well-located in Myeongdong, surrounded by eateries, restaurants and shops. Room was clean and comfortable. Do note: only 1 lift in the hotel - sometimes had to wait a bit.

The room was really soundproof even though it’s in the busy area of myeongdong! I appreciated a good nights rest regardless of the hustle and bustle outside

Have a good stay during our trip. The location was perfect. Close to public transportation and close to airport bus which is perfect. And located on central myeongdong market.

Great hotel stay. Very considerate to top up bottled water when they are emptied. Friendly front desk. At Myeong-dong shopping street and near to Nanta theatre. Room for a family of 4 is a bit small though. Will stay again next time.

The location is perfect in myeongdong area, near everywhere and the train station is near by also

Staying at The Grand Hotel Myeongdong was all about location, location, location. Seriously, you walk out the door and you're smack dab in the middle of Myeongdong. It was wild! All those shops, the street food, the energy – it was like being in the heart of everything. And getting around Seoul was a piece of cake, the subway station was practically on the doorstep. The room itself was perfectly fine, clean and comfortable, nothing fancy, but it had everything I needed. The staff were friendly, always ready to help with directions or recommendations. I spent a little time on the rooftop terrace, which was a nice little escape from the city buzz. Honestly, if you're looking for a place that puts you right in the middle of the Myeongdong action, this is it. It's not the most luxurious hotel, but it's clean, comfortable, and the location is unbeatable. It was a great base for exploring Seoul, and I'd definitely consider staying there again.

Conveniently located within myeongdong. Hotel was quite old the only lift broke down on one of the day during our trip for quite some time. Only has heater system during winter so you will have to open the window if u want a cool room.

Left my Samsung tablet on the bed covered by the blanket and checked out to head for airport. Called back to check and the reception said not found. Dishonest cleaner. I requested manager to investigate as I have made a police report at the airport. For a 4 star hotel, I expect a decent honest staff working at the hotel. Very disappointing with their service. I would not recommend people to stay at this hotel.

Excellent location in the heart of myeongdong, Seoul.

Location is great, in Myeongdong area. Some 50m to Myeongdong station exit 9. Staff are friendly. Easy access by airport limo bus 6015 (alight outside Hotel L7) at last stop & walk to hotel which is just behind L7 hotel. Selected local tours actually meet near Myeongdong train station so it makes sense to stay near to it.

Great for the night market. We went there for dinner two nights in a row. Also a nice pretzel cafe opposite the hotel. Good location.
