Hotel was clean and tidy. Check in counter staff were welcomingly courteous and made you feel relaxed. Also great views from the windows.

Great hotel. Excellent location… clean and big rooms..!

I have stayed at Frasers Namdaemun seven years ago and to be honest, it is now rather worn out and cleanliness is highly questionable. The staff are friendly but what irked me was a strand of hair on the pillow and stained pillow cases. Suffice to say I won’t be back and will check out neighbouring Gracery hotel instead the nex time

Great location as the hotel is right across the straight of Namdemun. Many cafes that open early in the morning and restaurants that open till late at night. Room is spacious and my room has a good view to the Namdemun gate and Namsan tower. There is a movable partition between the bed and the TV living room which is good for privacy. Hotel staff is knowledgeable and pleasant.

Excellent location, but the hotel looks rather used. It's disappointing that the checkout times are being reduced while checking times are pushed, they should just have more staff for quicker cleaning instead.

This property is conveniently located close to Myeongdong & the palace area. The deluxe room was spacious with necessary amenities.

superb place with a great gym, great location and excellent service! its directly opposite namdaemun market (where you can go for the dumplings, the famous hotteok store and kalguksu alley), multiple convenience stores nearby, pharmacies opposite (namdaemun side), a 5 min walk to the city hall station where you can take the train out, or alternatively walk to seoul station (or take a bus) and go to further places. its also a 10 min walk away to myeongdong so it is very centrally located. rooms are nice and clean! although it will help if they would add plugs in more convenient places and perhaps install an international plug in the rooms. service by davin was excellent during check in and he gave us room with a direct view of Sungnyemun Gate which was highly highly appreciated! will most definitely be back here to stay next time!

Stayed twice at this property and excellent location near City Hall and Seoul station. A lot of times excellent pricing. Not the best room but I hmguess the living helps to make up for it.

Service was amazing, the staff was friendly and helpful in assisting to put my room near my family.

I received an email from the hotel stating that my checkin was the next day however that was incorrect. My actual check in date was a few days later. Concerned about my booking I immediately emailed and messaged them to confirm but I never received any response. Overall cleanliness was okay but was clear it had not been thoroughly cleaned before my arrival. Visible dust in the corners and black mark on the desk that I was able to remove easy with a wet wipe. Location is ok. Walkable.

We staying in the Premium room for 4 nights. It was not well maintained. There is no amenities provided due to their ‘environmental friendly policy’. I think they are taking advantage of this environmental policy to save cost for themselves. I think they should at least provide one set of basic amenities furthermore this is a 4 star hotel in the middle of Seoul.

Arrival experience was great! Front office team is very professional! Facilities are old and out of order: TV breakdown on day one, engineer needs to come and change TV on day 2; bidet was out of order, engineer needs to come and replace twice. HSKP knock on the door when DND sign is on, only for Engineering to check air conditioning conditions. What is the point for DND sign then? Overall come back for the location and the price is reasonable.

The staff are very helpful and friendly. The facilities especially the hot and cold bath, sauna room are amazing. However, the location is a bit odd as it takes a bit 15 mins walk to Meongdong area. The cleaning lady is also a bit careless, she forgot to replace the bath towel and also left some new bedsheets and pillowcases in the room chair. The panaronma lounge is also closed during the weekend which is a bit surprising to me.
