Stayed over the weekend for a concert and work on monday Love the hospitality and how convenient it is from subway and shopping.

Hotel rooms undergoing renovations. Service was impeccable, but the rooms are a bit tired and dusty. Room amenities need to be updated. location is great being near city hall station and underground shopping street.

Hotel was great in many sense - location just next to City Hall station - enthusiastic, helpful bellboys who would take the initiative to help - very clean rooms, large bathroom - view of the City Hall from my room was great - my room didn't have enough space to open luggage bags on the floor unless you move away the heavy chairs There was just one thing I couldn't understand. I arrived at the hotel at about 2.50pm. They told me that check in time is 3pm. So I thought maybe we can do the registration first, but get the keys at 3pm, which is what other hotels do when I've arrived earlier than the check in time. But I was told that they can only start processing the registration at 3pm. As we checked out on NYE, the hotel was fully booked, so they were not able to allow us late check out even by an hour. But this, I can understand.

Convenient location and nice accomodation. However, reception service need to be furtger improved, not service oriented even I have always stayed here when in Seoul.

Very nice hotel and the breakfast was great Service was very good Location is a bit far from the main shopping district area in Myeong Dong.about 15 min walk. Strange they charge for toothbrush and razor, but seems like that's norm in Korea.

Excellent location, breakfast with vast choice of very fresh food. Only downside is the room size.

I have stayed at this hotel many times and the staff is totally professional. The location is very good, particularly for tourist as well as for people visiting on business as it is close to a financial area. Excellent buffet breakfast

The hotel was clean and in convenient location, the service was great. We booked one of the cheaper rooms and it was quite small, more in 4 star standard then 5 star standard. Generally a very positive impression, better then other hotels in the city.

Great location. The room's design was a little weird, with a bed in the center and flanked by two mirrors and two giant lamps. But it had a great view. It was a bit difficult to find the gym and pool, and we were disappointed that guests don't have complimentary access to the sauna.

I booked this expensive hotel to experience and enjoy the ice skating rink for our transit visit, the uploaded photos of skating rink was all over the websites for this hotel, but very sad to know that it was and still not operating.

Room is spacious , beautiful view overlook to City Hall . Bedside control panel , curtains and lights can be all controlled without getting out of bed . Will rebook again in next visit.. 😊
