Comfortable warmly decorated rooms with basic essentials, toiletries are chargeable items. Only negative is room temperature is centrally controlled and temperature control in room do not work efficiently hence room remain overly hot.

Perfect base, a bit quiet neighborhood, but easily accessible to transport. Great room and great staff. Great view from the club lounge

We stayed for a week in Pullman Seoul and in. general we would come again. Rooms and beds very comfy and clean, service/staff very helpful and very friendly. A few points we noticed that can be improved: 1. More explanations overall with a few examples: - We had Lounge access but no one told us there's actually food there in the evening. We found out 2 days in. - Pools and Sauna don't seem to be included for everyone and even though we had it included we could not use the pool because swimming caps are mandatory and they do not provide some. It would be the most basic thing to eother remove this rule or simply provide swimming caps. - In the Sauna there are no big towels which can be very confusing for non local guests. Slippers were also not provided (at least to us, but I did see people that had some) 2. Food in Lounge: theres a lot of choices but I was sad there are not as many local options especially for breakfast. 3. Lounge closing times: starting to be as noisy as possible and blasting all lounge the lights to maximum is not a way to remove your guests from a lounge when it closes. It made us feel completely unwelcome. Also we couldn't even take our unfinished last drinks to the room which was literally next door to the lounge. Be a bit. more. flexible and. judt. let the guests do that and then have housekeeping pick up the glass next morning? These are just minor things overall, but we did notice them and other guests as well. Especially shower caps and lounge kick out were highly discussed topics among multiple guests we met. However as said overall this was still a 5 star worthy experience and we would still come again tonsee. if the tiny topics we raised were fixed and to enjoy this beautiful hotel again.

The hotel is only 10 mins away from shopping area by taxi. Not a lot nearby apart from a 7 Eleven convenient store.. Overall the hotel is worth a five star . Make sure you bring your own dental kit because they charge KRW2000 if you use their’s !

It’s a very nice hotel. We enjoyed our stay very much and definitely will come back again. The breakfast buffet is excellent!

There are too few people at the counter. Roomsovis doesn't answer the phone very well

I booked mountain view and it was better than I expected! It was overall top tier 5 stars. But the hotel is located on hillside. So I recommend people to use car or taxi to move around

The room is modern and well spec-ed, the double bed plus one single bed set up was what attracted me to choose it for our family of three. Room is spacious and overall clean. The positives stop here—there’s zero hospitality from the moment we arrived, 100% service-without-a-smile, staff were borderline rude—I handed over my credit card with two hands and he took it with one without any acknowledgment. Such small irritations persisted throughout our four nights stay. Overall, an ok experience but definitely not 5 star.

the air con will remain 25 degrees at night ppl who afraid heat u may not able to sleep the respond from front desk said this is centralised AC then what’s the temperature panel for btw hotel staff attitude is rude

Honestly didn't think much of this hotel but was really surprised when my friend and I stepped into our room. It was really clean and the aesthetics of the room & bathroom was on point. Full length windows, we're able to see Namsan Tower. Location wise is great as I visit Gangnam area a lot, it's just 10-20mins away by taxi. There's a metro station just 300m away too. Overall, I had a pleasant stay here and I'll definitely wanna visit again when I'm back in Korea!

The Nansam King Room is one of the best I have ever stayed. It’s very spacious, comfortable and highly recommended. You have a beautiful view of the nansam tower too. One word to describe- Excellent . Price: value for money

It’s a very great living experience. With warm welcome from the front desk, luxury decorations and gorgeous view of the room window. I will still stay here next time I be in Seoul.

One of the best hotel in Seoul i’ve stayed at since i’ve been in Korea. the view of the city is spectacular. The staff are very respectful and helpful. The room, had a kind delux was very spacious, and clean. I love it. I highly recommend this hotel for those looking for something more family oriented, inviting yet so comfortable, cozy, relaxing and romantic as well. Lot of stores within walking distance.
