Comfy room with nice view and facilities in the hotel. 5 mins walk from subway station to hotel and wow pass machine in lobby which is super convenience for tourist. Room with the view of N Seoul Tower and bluetooth speaker and can watch Youtube and Netflix on TV. Friendly staff in the hotel and especially the staff in concierge. Highly recommend and will definitely come back for next trip in Seoul

We had a great time celebrating ***** New Year. The room was clean and comfortable, with an awesome view of Namsan Tower. The indoor swimming pool was decent but too small and crowded. The executive room privilege was nice, especially during happy hour. However, the breakfast in the executive lounge was average, as there weren’t many options compared to other hotel buffets

Comfortable warmly decorated rooms with basic essentials, toiletries are chargeable items. Only negative is room temperature is centrally controlled and temperature control in room do not work efficiently hence room remain overly hot.

Service was amazing, warmly greeted by all the staff! No issue with cleanliness other than a weird smell in the bathroom but the cleaners attended to it quickly. We were lucky to get a good view from our room, and lucky to experience snow during my stay there. Food and desserts were perfect. They had a cash currency exchange machine at the lobby that couldn’t accept overseas cards. Location wise, its 15mins walk to the station, Airport express stops directly at this hotel. Just pay to the driver. Really convenient for this one, about 1hr30mins to Incheon Airport.

Perfect base, a bit quiet neighborhood, but easily accessible to transport. Great room and great staff. Great view from the club lounge

We stayed in a room with a Namsan view. The room layout is modern and clean, and the space is just right. The bed and pillows are comfortable—I had a good night's sleep during my stay. However, what I felt was lacking for a 5-star hotel was the staff’s attitude toward serving guests. In particular, the reception staff were not responsive or helpful. The nearest train station is Dongguk University. On the way there, there's a slope leading down to the station. Coming back, this slope can be tiring to climb. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel for families traveling with elderly parents, as the uphill walk may be inconvenient.

Hotel look and feel is of a 5 star but that is where it stops. No amenities provided and only available with payment, room cleaning service is extremely poor. Train station nearby which is good

the front desk elina was too cooperative and helpful and the stay was amazing. I highly recommend this hotel. also the bus “ 01A “ stop in the front of the hotel entrance which is 5 mins to seoul tower and 10 mins to city hall station.

Overall it was not an enjoyable stay. Firstly the location is quite terrible; there is nothing nearby, not many restaurant options, nothing to buy, look or see. Additionally, there is a mountain you need to climb (back and forth) to reach the nearest train station. The room workmanship of the room is terrible, the flooring sinks in and the carpentry of the table is so terrible (with sharp edges), it scratches my clothes. The service is not great either with the staff being inflexible, not polite and no attention to details. I would recommend AGAINST staying here!

Pleasant stay overall, location could be better as it’s quite a walk from the station and its a slope. But if you get a taxi, you’ll be able to reach most tourist spots within 10-20 minutes drive.

For a 5star hotel it feels kind of lacking somewhat but the rooms were nicely furnished enough

We stayed for a week in Pullman Seoul and in. general we would come again. Rooms and beds very comfy and clean, service/staff very helpful and very friendly. A few points we noticed that can be improved: 1. More explanations overall with a few examples: - We had Lounge access but no one told us there's actually food there in the evening. We found out 2 days in. - Pools and Sauna don't seem to be included for everyone and even though we had it included we could not use the pool because swimming caps are mandatory and they do not provide some. It would be the most basic thing to eother remove this rule or simply provide swimming caps. - In the Sauna there are no big towels which can be very confusing for non local guests. Slippers were also not provided (at least to us, but I did see people that had some) 2. Food in Lounge: theres a lot of choices but I was sad there are not as many local options especially for breakfast. 3. Lounge closing times: starting to be as noisy as possible and blasting all lounge the lights to maximum is not a way to remove your guests from a lounge when it closes. It made us feel completely unwelcome. Also we couldn't even take our unfinished last drinks to the room which was literally next door to the lounge. Be a bit. more. flexible and. judt. let the guests do that and then have housekeeping pick up the glass next morning? These are just minor things overall, but we did notice them and other guests as well. Especially shower caps and lounge kick out were highly discussed topics among multiple guests we met. However as said overall this was still a 5 star worthy experience and we would still come again tonsee. if the tiny topics we raised were fixed and to enjoy this beautiful hotel again.
