The room is very dusty,small,and barely any toiletries and dust can be seen everywhere.Luggage storage at your own risk just leave it behind the reception,check in at 4 pm.Staff do help with booking if taxis but they don’t smile even when you thank them.The cafe have nice desserts.The streets are quiet after sunset but there is a CU25 shop- 7/11 right beside the hotel where we can buy food and drinks anytime which is convenient

Had a problem with air-con smell. The technician came to change the air-con filter very fast but would not help much. I guess the air flowing in room is not quite good.

Mixed staying experiences 🫥 Pros: Nice view from the room. The location is fantastic. Conveniently connected to two metro stations. Plus, it's just a short walk away from the Dongdaemun DDP and Gwangjang Market. Cons: First, facilities were not up to par. Some of the electrical sockets in the room didn't work properly, and the WiFi connection was quite poor, difficult to stay connected. Second, the cleanliness is terrible. Upon check-in, there's some stains on the sofa and bed sheets, which was quite off-putting.

I sent a parcel to the hotel prior my arrival. I have stated my name, and the date of checking in on the parcel. However, no one in the hotel is handling the incoming parcel, they just told us to find it on the floor, and if I cannot find my parcel, that means the parcel did not/ have not arrived the hotel. They won't handle your luggage / parcel with care. Do not keep your luggage at their lobby either, you just put the luggage at the lobby and no one's gonna take care of them.

Walking distance to 3 subway lines and to DDP if don't mind walking further. The international plugs inside the room cannot be used, hence we still need to use adapter. Overall, a nice stay especially with more washing machines and dryers compared to other hotels. At least 2 hrs in order for a full tub of clothings to be dry using the dryer.

Pros: - good location, near metro station - ample room size - the room has big windows - unlimited water bottles can be requested at front desk Cons: - room makeup service provided by request only - strange bathroom design, water flows to the sink area when showering because the floor is flat across the shower area and the rest of the bathroom area. - the door does not lock if you just let it close by itself. You need to push/ pull the door firmly to lock it.

The hotel is really good for a family trip. However, the WiFi seems always not working, even though I asked the receptionist to fix the problem. So I had to go to the public area to use the network, not using it in my room. Except for this, the others are good. 👍

The rooms were small and cramped. Early check in need to paid. The hotel's location was not what we expected. No restaurant nearby hotel. No toilet amenities. I felt like I paid for a five-star experience and got a two-star stay instead!

Outstanding gym facilities. The Room that we stayed was cleaned and tidied. We had an impressive experience overall.

Nice hotel, near by market and shopping areas. So many food choices around the hotel.

This hotel was in a good and convenient location. It was in walking distance to the metro, a few convenient stores (CU and GS25) and near the airport shuttle bus stop. Aside from needing to take out your own trash, the hotel came equipped with a shared kitchen, dining area and a resting room on the bottom level. The hotel is about a 7-10 min taxi ride to Myeongdong, 20 minutes by metro. I would definitely recommend this hotel for couples or friend groups.
