I’ve been staying at this hotel at least once a year since 2022. It is not a spectacular hotel but good enough for business travelers. Room is small, breakfast is so so and it is a 10-15 minute walk to the closest subway station Jangji. Several restaurants and shops in the neighborhood which is very convenient. So no particular complaints but also nothing too special about the hotel either.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Hotel Park Habio , and I must say, my experience exceeded expectations. From the moment I arrived, the staff greeted me with warmth and professionalism, making check-in a seamless process. The room was impeccably clean and well-appointed, featuring modern amenities that enhanced my stay. I particularly appreciated the comfortable bed and the quiet atmosphere, which allowed for a restful night’s sleep.

I am very pleased with the hotel’s location, the services provided by the frontline staff. The hotel room is super clean. There are so many restaurants around the hotel. It is near to subways, bus stands and shopping mall.

Great location and service. I was a bit worried because I didn't know about this hotel chain before but I had a great time.

Firstly, We are very unhappy about the location description in Trip.com. It says within 5 mins drive to Lotte World Tower which is absolutely wrong and false advertising!! It takes around at least 20 to 30 mins by taxi!! We want to launch a complaint. The reason we booked this hotel was because of the location. In the end, it’s a lie! Secondly, the airport bus schedule was given by hotel front desk was wrong too!! We ended up taking taxi at a very expensive fare! Breakfast was terrible!!

Far a way from incheon airport but I like this hotel. Very convenient to everything near. Before this hotel I scammed hotel from Vietnam trip. But this hotel is clean and great customer service. But more for local people. Not for foreigners because no other language services.

Great place to stay and great location! Will definitely be returning.

The hotel is convenient for business traveller as it is near to Songpa-gu business complexes. The amenities such as food and convenience store are also nearby.

Best location for business trip

Stayed 6 nights for business as hotel was close by office location. Booked a King Bed room but was extremely disappointed that the room did not even come with a working table and it was extremely difficult to do work.

I had a very comfortable night's rest. It also felt pretty safe to use it as a number key that changes at checkout instead of a card key. And although I couldn't use it for the sake of the schedule, the use of the movie theater was also provided, so I will refer to it and plan it in advance next time.

A/C was not working and bathroom lighting was blinking all the time. The room was hot and humid..we requested room change or repairing.. but hotel said 'just open window'.. we stayed for 3days in a hot and humid room without hotel's care. And breakfast was closed 30mins earlier. The room is so small and furniture is not clean. The worst thing was the hotel service.

Nice hotel, clean and perfect. Alots of good restaurants nearby.

1) Quick a bit of walking to the nearest subway station, Munjeong. About 15 min walk. It is far away from tourist areas. Travel by subway will need 1 hour with transfers. 2) Central aircond is shut, we could not control the temperature. According to the front desk, it is cold season (October onwards). Hence, room can get stuffy. We have to open the toilet window for cool air to come in. 3) Breakfast is same for 5 days except the soup change a little. 4) Room size is acceptable. Able to open 3 big luggage bags. 5) There is very nice pool to enjoy.
