First Stay Hotel

We are group in 7 pax with 5 rooms. 3 Double bed and 2 twin beds. All room aircond is disable during our stay, according from hotel staff no aircond, only can use fan mode from aircond. Outside temp 12C - 21C. 1 of the double bed room fan is not working, after complaining they send us desk fan, can't change room. Surrounding by many restaurant and soju bar, you can heard people drinking and shouting each other at 14th floor, since no aircond and we need to open the windows for air circulation. Location is close to Metro and airport. Housekeeping do a good job for cleaning everyday.

Everything was in perfect order. The room was cleaned even when not asked. The room is large. The metro is nearby. There is food nearby. The air conditioner did not work well (but we did not invite anyone to fix it). Also, the wi-fi did not work right away and it was not obvious how to turn on YouTube. The hotel staff helped us.

The room is clean and the size is good for easily opening a suitcase. The shower is excellent, good water pressure and heat control. The bidet works great. The outside sound is kept out by the windows so a good sleep is had on a clean and comfortable bed. No breakfast is offered but there are hundreds of restaurants and coffee shops downstairs.
