Not really convenient for some people in need of taking the public transport. And the room is noisy because it’s near the subway lines.

Nice hotel to stay a couple of nights. Close to subway station. There are coffees, grocery stores, and restaurants bear the hotel

I was very very disappointed by the location(took me an hour to locate the hotel and no one know), very rude guard and was shocked that the owner budge into my room on the 4th day while I was inside the room and she even knows that I leave my card inside (which mean there is hidden cctv) . Was extremely Shocked that owner can simply open any guests' hotel room without consent. Checked out immediately the very next day and owner refused to refund my balance days (rented the room for 9 nights) . Made a report to trip ok the shocking experience and room is very dusty and 'unclean' . Worst experience . Stay at your own risk. They still refused to refund my balance stays thou I checked out immed after the shocking experience. You do not simply open guests rooms without consent! Bed bugs present and 'if you want to explore the unclean and *******' hotel, this will be the one too.

Stayed 4 days and 3 nights. Overall cleanliness was okay, no comments on that. However, for those coming from countries that typically use a hose bidet, just a heads-up, there is no bidet, but you can use the shower hose instead. The location is a bit far from the airport, but the bus station for the airport bus and the subway station are just a 9 minute walk away. The hotel provides plenty of towels, but they are all small ones, so you won’t be able to fully cover your body, this might not be what Malaysians are used to, but it's manageable. We hope the check-in time would be earlier, as 5pm is quite late. But, no complaints about the 11am check-out time. The ahjumma (hotel owner) was very helpful and tried hard to communicate with us.

The location is really good as it is near Yeongdeungpo Station and Singil Station. It is 5 min walk to Lotte Department Store and Shinsegae Times Square. The room is really big for its price. The lady owner does the cleaning herself daily and she is very helpful and nice. This is a budget hotel so manage your expectations but overall I slept well and basic needs are met during my travel.

The hotel is simple and nice. The staff can speak a little English. The room size is average. I booked the double bed and it’s not hard or completely soft. Just okay. The room has a little balcony area that you can use if you need to smoke. It’s not big enough to fit a chair. It’s just for standing. Breakfast is not provided but you can get food downstairs at the CU convenient store. The hotel is close to the metro (Singil Metro stop). Because of the close proximity to the hotel, it is very noisy at nights. Hotel provides only small towels. No tea or coffee. But there is a refrigerator and kettle. Outside your door on each floor, there is a microwave. Two bottles of water is provided each day. Other things provided: hangers, tv, Wi-Fi, chargers, hair dryer, toiletries (some items seems they were possibly left by previous tenants. I’m not sure). Rooms are not cleaned daily. Only the towels replaced and water refill. When it’s check out time, there is no need to wait in line just leave your room key in the box provided in the elevator. If you choose to visit Seoul and stay at this hotel, good luck and enjoy your stay. 😊

The location is not far from the subway both line no. 1 and 5 and the bus stops as well. I can go anywhere easily with multiple routes. I can walk to the Lotte department store or take the bus to the Hyundai Seoul in just 12 mins. The room is clean, wide and comfortable. There’re 4-5 convenient stores around the hotel. Everything’s fine.
