UH Suite the Myeongdong anmeldelser

Very close to the shopping area but just a bit noisy at night since there are pubs around. Small than expected. A bit small room size than expected though the bath in the middle of the room is huge.

Definitely feels more like an Airbnb rather than hotel. Location is great, few minutes away from the busy myeongdong area. Cleanliness was ok and convenient to reach reception via WA. Although the spa is great, honestly sill doesnt really worth the high price. Great experience for first time visitor, but unlikely to revisit again.

Overall, I am disappointed with this hotel. The location is amazing but we are actually located in an old building with no security. The second room was cramp and no window and the aircon broken down in 3 nights and we are unable to close the door as it will be too stuffy with no ventilation. Also the bedroom wall is dirty and looks worn out. The shower area flood easily and resulting in the bathroom being slippery. They only do a thorough cleaning on the 4th day but it is not thorough as hairs are being washed and hidden behind the toilet bowl. Only the living room looks nice due to the jacuzzi which is not very useful and take up a lot of space. However, we utilised the laundry services including washing and drying. Personally will not visit again.

Returned to the apartment after 2 nights away from Seoul, the hotel had kindly placed our luggage in the room. Good service.

Service was bad. Hotel staffs do not smile and we charged extra for late check out. Expected more since it was more than $200 per night and we stayed there for 7 days. They don’t do room cleaning everyday but only clean after you stayed there for 4 days. Location was good but we will not return due to the service.

For a relatively new and seemingly upscale hotel, having rooms with no USB charging points is not acceptable. Only one side of the bed has a powerpoint. Our room also didn't seem to have been cleaned thoroughly as it should be. The sink was clogged the first day when we arrived, and all the hotel could do after checking was to ask us not to place the drain cover back to the drain hole. The reception sent messages to rooms not to drain the spa after 11pm (which I understand why) based on a complaint from one of the rooms (as the sound from draining the spa is huge). When advised that we had slept by the time of time, only then they clarified that the message was sent to all rooms in the vicinity because they did not know which room had drained the spa, even though there were only 15 rooms in the entire hotel. There is no phone in the room to contact the reception. Be aware that there are (strange) steep slopes in the short hallway of the hotel which does not seem to serve any practical purpose.

Great hotel for families. Location is super convenient near Myeongdong shopping street and there’s also a convenience store downstairs. Hotel is also clean and comfortable.

Quite new with pool in-house. But with restriction the pool cannot be in drain 12-9am.

Room was very big, although the bath tub water wasn’t vert warm, hence it was cold after the bath. Generally the room was clean, staff were very nice, and laundry is free aswell. Would definitely recommend

The hotel location is great, it is very close to the station, there are many shops and restaurants nearby which suits for all ages. The hotel staffs are very friendly and helpful. I love the way we can communicate with front desk via whatsapp. The room is clean and spacious.

Had two nights at the family spa suite, which is located at a neighbouring building. The room is cosy as seen on the website. We didn’t have chance to use the spa/ tub, though we tried to soak our feet (foot spa) during one night. Perhaps it was winter, and the windows’ ventilation were still good— we were feeling the cold air despite the room heater. The floor heater was doing well. Nice place, nice room, and awesome locations within Myeongdong. Just 5 mins walk to the metro station and lotsa good food and shopping around. Highly recommend this place.

The apartment looked exactly like the photos—very nice and convenient, and it was also very close to the station. We stayed there for six nights. The only downside was the lack of a shower room. In the suite we booked, there were only two toilets, but only one had a shower. The suite can accommodate about six people, and since there were six of us, we had to share just one shower room. Before booking, we asked Trip.com about the bathroom situation, and they confirmed that there were two toilets and two showers, which influenced our decision to book. The only explanation I can think of is that they counted the tub in the open living room area as a shower. So, if you’re considering booking, be aware of the bathroom setup. Other than that, it was a good stay. I would recommend staying here because right downstairs is all of your shopping stores and foods 😊
