1.You pay few hundreds dollars and they charge fees for toothpaste and toothbrush. 2.The room even don’t have much space to put down a luggage on the floor can you imagine how crowd it is. 3. They charge for extra when you trying to upgrade room and don’t refund the extra money if you downgrade your room. 4 The staff doesn’t solve the problem flexibly. 5, the cupboard is broken.

I had a great stay at Shilla Stay Seocho. The hotel is conveniently located in Seocho-dong, with easy access to local attractions and dining options. The staff were friendly and efficient, and the modern lobby made a great first impression. My room was clean, spacious, and comfortable, with plenty of natural light. The breakfast buffet offered a variety of delicious options. The fitness center was well-equipped and a perfect way to unwind after a busy day.

Location is great as it is walking distance from two metro stations (about 20 minutes to the Gangnam Station or 15 minutes to Yangjae Station) and has many restaurants nearby. A good hotel as long as you are not expecting luxury, and we have no issues with the cleanliness, room size, service, breakfast, gym, price, etc. We always request for a humidifier if we visit Korea in the winter because of the dryness, and the hotel has no problem providing one promptly. All in all, a solid choice if you want to stay in the Gangnam area.
