The room was as advertised in the picture! The place was really nice and the rooms were clean. The place did not look old either. The reception was also accommodating. Location-wise, it’s usually a 4-6 min walk to the bus stops. Really close to dongdaemun plaza but around 6 bus stops to Myeongdong. The neighborhood was also nice and clean. It’s located on the side of the road which is convenient but I see why other travellers would find the noise from the road uncomfortable. I didn’t mind though. Breakfast was served and they had toast and cereal available. You can, however, cook if you choose to and they have an air fryer as well. We were assigned to room 403. The room was good but there was a leak outside coming from the lights so it floods a little outside the room so maybe just request to not be given room 403 but we had a window though. Overall a pleasant and comfortable stay :)

I recommend this property because it has a good location, good rooms and good staff.

I chose to look at the picture of my room when I made the reservation, but in reality it was not clean, the air conditioner smelled terrible, it had a moldy smell, it stopped working after several attempts, and it turned on after several visits. There were no mosquito nets in the room. There were many mosquitoes inside the room. The ceiling wallpaper was very thin. There is no water in the refrigerator, there is no water bottle to drink, or you have to buy water and there is no toothbrush. It was a very uncomfortable night. Guest house breakfast is just bread and coffee. Instead of that, there is a difference of 10,000 won, but Toyoko inn seems to be fine. The breakfast is included in the price of the hotel.

The room is quite small the roller blind doesn’t cover up the sun. I would suggest they change a black out roller blind or curtain or not u can’t have a nap coz it’s quite bright

I like the hotel concept of self service like sending old towels to basket for washing and getting new ones at the recep area. Even clear your rubbish and get new bags. Breakfast too is all self service includes washing your own plates and cups after use.👏👏👍👍

My stay at the K-Guesthouse was short but okay! Originally I was going with a friend so we booked a twin room but eventually it was just me. I asked if I could swap to a double bed and they were kind enough to accommodate me! Check in was easy, and my room was okay. The bathroom was a little unclean but the bedding was clean and the floor seemed okay too. Only real draw back are the walls are very very thin, so you hear EVERYTHING the rooms beside and above you are doing, from phone calls to drawing the blinds at every hour. The bed is super comfy though. Breakfast is good! Toast, cereal, tea and coffee are on offer - they only ask that you clean your own dishes! Check was quick too and the staff here are both lovely and welcoming!

The room had unclean sheets and there were dead mosquitoes on the walls.

I stayed there just for one night with my family and two child..location is just perfect wished to be there for couple of more days but it was already booked there …
