Holiday Inn Express Seoul Hongdae, an IHG Hotel anmeldelser

Ulemper: Først var det skuffet at finde ud af, at shower gel dispenseren er gået i stykker af os selv, da jeg stod nøgen i brusebadet. Jeg vil antage, at personalet burde kende rummets tilstand. Jeg ville ønske, at receptionen informerede mig, når jeg tjekkede ind og spørger, om jeg kunne acceptere det eller ej, da jeg betaler ikke mindre end andre. For det andet har køleskabet den mindste kapacitet, jeg nogensinde har set. Fordele: Værelset er rent og rummeligt nok til 2 bagage. Personalet er rart. De smiler og hilser. Placeringen er utrolig, super praktisk! Lidt stille i et støjende kvarter. Metrostationen ligger lige under bygningen. Det er nemt at nå til de fleste attraktioner og kan gå igennem til lufthavnen uden overførsel. Pengevekslingsmaskine er tilgængelig i lobbyen.

The location was the best - just an escalator away from the MRT which brings you from/to Gimpo AND Incheon airport. It is literally located in the heart of Hongdae, offering so many shopping and eating options. Breakfast was an added bonus, which had lovely variety and was delicious!

Location is perfect. Just next to the train station and you only need 5 mins to get to the platform to Airport Express from Hotel. Room is neat with nice view. Shopping area and restaurants are just around.

Very convenience. Just connected to Hongdae Metro station.

Sound insulation is not very good, but thanks to the counter staff for helping to deal with the noise problem immediately. The location is super convenient, Located in the business district, next to the subway station, the pick-up point for one-day activities is also nearby. Good thing is you can take out the breakfast if you’re trip start very early. The buffet start at 6:30.

Best location and really near Train Station Hongik university just beside. Other than that, this hotel is behind the Mall and walking distance to a lot of places. Room space Abit small for big luggage.

All was good except this holiday do not provide tooth brush and tooth pasta (BYO) when go there

Reason for booking this hotel because the entrance to Arex is directly below this hotel (Hongdae station Exit 5). Very convenient to and from airport. Save time on the road 53 min to Incheon airport. Has a convenience store below the hotel. In the heart of Hongdae. Many eateries too. Ease of travel to all the major attractions

The hotel is very new and clean, located near the the metro train station, especially the airport line, which is so convenient to commute between the airport. The buffet breakfast is included, which should have nothing to complain, although the variety is limited and would be nice to see some Korean style breakfast. Would consider this hotel for our next trip back to Korea.

Room was comfortable and had a breathtaking top-down view of the hongdae streets. Great location, accessible from AirPort subway line and could explore hongdae until late. Breakfast was fine. Variety is a little lacking, nothing to rave.

Holiday Inn Express is conveniently located next to Hongik University Metro Station Exits 4 and 5. It's near the main Hongdae shopping street, with several good restaurants that open till late. Hotel's breakfast spread is decent. Hotel staff are hospitable and efficient.

Room was a little small. Toilet swing doors don't really work well with us as it was cold coming out of the shower as we did not want to wet the "dry area" . Toilet should be separated from the room Bed was too soft for our liking. Aircon was difficult to understand how to operate. At certain times can feel warm. Service was good.
