The service was great, with helpful staff and friendly communication. The hotel’s location is very convenient for visitors to settle in and easily plan trips to tourist spots. Overall, a pleasant stay in Seoul!

The hotel is very clean and tidy. It is run by a Japanese company, however you need to prepare your own toothbrush and toothpaste, as it is not provided by the hotel. It’s only less than 10mins walk to Myeong-dong and 8 mins away from the Seoul station by car.

The hotel is wonderful, out of my expectation . The room is clean , front desk are very kindness, I just stay for one night, it is very relax and comfortable stay! Will looking forward to stay again next time. The room is very nice, really like the window near bed. Even I was not available to get a NamSan tower side room, but still very nice to looking at the 北岳山🥰！ thank you for giving me a warm stay.

Room size is good for solo traveller. Have a view of Nansam Tower which is nice. Only issue i have is the shower. Need to bend down to turn on the tap. Alot of eateries around the area and accessible to cityhall station 7min walk or Hohyeon station 5min walk. Easy access to taxis most of the time except peak hours.

The location was good as it surrounded many restaurants and just around 8 minutes walk to Myeongdong Shopping Street. Love the hotel amenities provided! Especially the bathroom having the shower and bathtub is love. On top of that,.the room view was not too bad too!

The hotel is right in the centre of Seoul station and Namdaemun, with nearby City Hall station. So basically can walk around 10-15mins to Seoul station, and around 20mins to Myeongdong station.

close to public transportation and easy to reach main attractions- breakfast ok but not amazing

Not bad, would be nice if they didn’t charge for toothbrush considering the fact that I paid £150 for the room. A bit ridiculous. Breakfast was nice.

Stayed here around half of a month for business use. Easy access to anywhere, near from city hall sta, separate bathroom and shower with unit.

Located near several bus stops and metro stations so its highly convenient. Hotel room is huge and clean! Bed and pillows are comfortable. There's a bathtub too! The only downside is that there are no hooks or towel bars for hanging clothes in the bathroom, so you gotta have to reach outside to take your clothes.

The hotel is actually quite near the Seoul station if you know how to walk. The City Hall station is also nearby and it’s very convenient to go to most of the places. The room is quite spacious and it’s clean and comfortable. The reception staffs are always polite and helpful. Had a great stay here. 👍

Despite the room is quite small. It's quite a good hotel. Especially its japan style bathroom. Also many good restaurants nearby. Easy location for food
