Four Points by Sheraton Seoul Gangnam anmeldelser

So recently I have stayed there for 6 nights. Rooms are small. After staying for 2 night we finally received a room cleaning, but they just makeup the bed and gave us a fresh towels and thats it. They forgot to put toilet paper and napkins. Very dusty room need a wet cleaning. Apparently they got a Nespresso coffee machine in the lobby and you have to buy one capsule for 6000W and they don’t offer you cream or milk. Better buy a coffee from coffee shop instead for 5500W. Location is good, there is a 7-Eleven store nearby and Paris Baguette across the street. Even tho the hotel is rated for 4 stars it definitely felt overrated.

Room is a good size for a couple but not enough to open 2 big luggage but this wasn’t a big problem. Location is right in the center of gangnam easy to walk around.

Good and clean hotel. Location is good. The bathroom could be better, the layout is a bit weird given it's not it's own space. Overall service was good. The front staff helped us to get a taxi to airport and helped to explain everything to the taxi driver. View from the room is the big junction of apgujeong area really giving nice city vibe.

Perfect location with the airport limo right in front of the hotel. Walkable distance to all local foods and shops.

There's a 6703 bus stop right ouside the hotel, which can take you directly to Incheon airport. There's free bottled water available at the lobby, but toothbrush/shaver need to be pruchased if needed. The hotel is also a 10min walk from the closest metro station. The standard room is a bit small, but it's really clean and the service is really good.

I recently stayed at the Four Points by Sheraton Seoul Gangnam. The room was clean and the breakfast was very good. The hotel is a bit of a walk from the train station, but there is a McDonald's and other restaurants nearby. Overall the stay was good. Will book again.

Tiny room, not enough space for luggage. No place to sit except the bed. Room layout is awful

Unfriendly attitue and not symnpathetic towards paying customers ＞ we arrived at 830pm to hotel, reception phoned up to restaurant say we were coming up whilst we were finishing check-in and informed the kitchen/restaurant. At 8.40pm directly after check-in we go to restatuanrt; restaurant manager very unfriendly only buffet available closes at 9pm and we must leave at 9pm!! Unbelieveable! We just ate and left at 9.20pm, when they were still cleaning. At 9pm immediately closure of buffet; no-one came to inform us "we will be closing anything more you would like"? = seems reasonable request from a paying customer. Also immediately bringing out cleaning tools whilst we were still eating. There was no need to be very unfriendly and insist we leave at 9pm ; they could have said "no problem to stay a bit longer and finish your meal, but we will be cleaning and setting up for tomorrow" ＞ completely different attitude and more empathatic towards paying guests. We understand that. Same evening we go to 24hr coffee lounge on ground floor near reception; no-one there, only paying coffee machine, no snacks nothing else...no problem for us. WE need to do work, reboort and re-isntallment of our computer after the worldwide breadown. 4 hrs we needed from 10pm to 2am to try and reboot.At midnight the reception comes to us to say " no outside drinks 7 food allowed- cold soda & chips" Noone was there, empty lounge and no softdrinks or snacks available from hotel, we had to buy outside! And are we planning on staying long as it is already midnight? ***?!!! it is a 24hr lounge and we are clearly working not relaxing or partying! Most unwelcoming and unsympathetic towards paying cutomers, do not book plenty alternatives around.Sheraton unworhty!

Valuable hotel. The location is not too bad, about 8 mins walking distance to station. It was nice stay.

handy location but sometimes a bit noisy at night if your room faces the main road. clean and new with great staff service

Awesome hotel! Highly recommended and would definitely return there again. No swimming pool though haha
