Regarding of your opinion, we do not provide toothbrush during your stay for protection of the enviroment. please understand it. and Housekeeping manager will do reinforce the training of room cleaning. Also, housekeeping supervisors will do double-check all rooms more carefully. Regarding of communication with staffs, I deeply apologize for your inconvenience again.
