24 x7 reception and I manage to check in at 3am morning even I miss out the 0040 late right bus from airport to hotel. It just 10min walk from dongdaemon plaza.

10-15mins walks to Dongdaemun shopping area and train , a little bit of walk after a long day shopping but it’s ok , the room is nicer then I thought giving what I have paid , the only down side is all the staffs are not very polite and helpful, the way they answer my questions are kind of rude .

There are two filtered water dispensers at the K-GUESTHOUSE . It’s very convenient for travelers. The hotel counter staff provided friendly service.

Stay was perfect, can’t ask for more. Its near to many subways so travelling is not an issue. There are night markets nearby as well and very near to stream where you can walk during late nights as well. Room size was also fine comparing to other hotels nearby.

Baiton Hotel has a really wonderful location. The shuttle from the airport can literally drop us off and pick us up in front of the hotel lobby. Also, there is a food street in walkable distance. Highly recommended.

Hotel was very basic , I am not so happy with my staying , the only good thing about hotel is the direct bus to airport 😅, beads wear small , rooms was small , breakfast was not good enough , even there is no extra blankets , I heard mostly hotels are like this in this area , it’s a place to sleep

Dirty old towel, too far from subway (super long walk in the underground to line 2 and 5) The family cost is too high per night, totally not worth Dirty walls and old furniture

Don’t Stay Here! The hotel is dirty and has poor staff service. The room clearly was not cleaned properly, the dust in my room irritated my allergies, and there was bodily fluid stains on the walls. There was no toothbrush and toothpaste in the room, I had to purchase at a nearby store. It was impossible to maintain a good temperature in the room. The staff were arrogant and not helpful at all. Staff refused to order a taxi for me to go to the airport. They said they had to charge me a fee, just to order a taxi! I travel all around the world, I’ve never had a hotel charge a fee to order a taxi. Choose one of the many other hotels in the area, but don’t stay at Baiton!

Good Location and Airport Limousine (Stop) in front of the Hotel

The design of bathroom is not good at all, there is no space to put bodywash & shampoo inside the walk-in shower, have to put everything on the floor, it is quite inconvenience.

We booked the family suite for our girls trip of 4 people so we can be in the same room during our stay. We arrived a bit earlier before the check in time but the staff was kind enough to let us in since it was ready. The room is well maintained and very spacious even after we put our suitcases down. On the day we were supposed to check out, we joined a local tour so we had to leave our luggage at the hotel, we appreciated that they were well kept for a whole day. In terms of the location, the area is relatively quiet compared to other popular districts but still convenient.

Had a good stay at Baiton dongdaemun! The shuttle bus provided us really convenient access to the airport!
