Gangnam Seven Hostel

I had an amazing stay at Hostel Seven Seoul! From the moment I arrived, the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, always ready to help with any questions or recommendations. The hostel itself is super clean, cozy, and well-maintained. I loved the comfortable beds and the thoughtful little touches like privacy curtains and lockers in the dorm rooms. The location is perfect — just a short walk from public transportation, great cafes, restaurants, and some of Seoul’s coolest neighborhoods. It’s also a peaceful spot, so I could really relax after a day of exploring the city. The common area is a great place to meet other travelers and share experiences. Overall, Hostel Seven Seoul felt like a home away from home. I would absolutely stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable, friendly, and convenient place to stay in Seoul!

We arrived early and we could drop our luggages in the corridor. We booked a twin room and were surprisingly upgraded to a bigger room with more beds. The room was big and the toilet as well! Conveniently close to 2 metro lines, line 2 on one side and line 7 on the other side, and many bus stops. The only cons I can think of are the small towels provided (like in most of the places in South Korea) and the heating that was not strong enough considering the cold temperatures outside.

okay. no elevators, be ready. the hotel is on the 3rd and 4th floor of a building (korean floor system) and thankfully the front desk person helped us, along with another traveller. they kept our luggage while we strolled outside waiting for check in. the process was fast, and they gave us one key. i wish we had more keys or at least a passcode bc we were three but it wasn’t the end of the world. the room has two bunk beds and a bathroom, not very spacious but we stayed only one night and it did the job. it was clean and neat, not much to say. the staff was friendly and the place was quiet, although since the building is right in front of a street, it can get loud inside the room when the window is open. good experience overall

I am lucky to always get a lower bed. The hostel has a lot of public space and freebies.
