1. Location was not as near to the subway as expected (it’s slightly >10min walk so it’s highly not recommended in winter), better to use the bus (5min).
2. Cleanliness was alright at first. But subsequently, I think the cleaning lady got lazy and the daily servicing worsened day by day. (So I’m glad I only booked 3 nights here). Also, bits of small plastic food packaging/flyers (apologies but only have a blurry pic below) left by the previous guests under the bed were not thoroughly cleaned so the carpet area is kind of dirtier than you would expect.
3. Airport bus was also further than I expected. The bus stop name mentioned its hotel name so I thought it would literally be right outside but nope, it was across the road and we had to drag our heavy luggage across the long zebra crossing (with patches of uneven road)…
4. Perhaps one commendable thing would be their staff at L1 reception, really helpful and there’s also a luggage weighing machine (in case you overbuy and need to check like me)
